General strategy:
-Mulligan everything if you dont have a Young Dragonhawk in your hand, if you can't play it in turn one restart the fight
-If you have the Young Dragonhawk on your starting hand keep cards who can protect it (the best ones are Hand of Protection Argent Protector Righteous Protector Shieldbearer and Dark Conviction)
-Blessing of Wisdom is also a pretty good card to keep in your hand at the start because is a 1 mana draw 2 cards every turn
-Keep the whole game buffing the Young Dragonhawk
-If he dies restart
Edit
Special thanks to kiwiinbacon for making a video playing the deck and showing how it works
This deck works wonders when u have the right draws. Try aiming for the Young Dragonhawk and Blessing of Wisdom; but only Young Dragonhawk is already good enough to get you rolling. Idealistically, DHawk + Wisdom starting point will help you immensely.
Best Mulligan (don't have to worry about restarting unless u don't have DHawk): Young Dragonhawk + Blessing of Wisdom + Dark Conviction. I was able to win by turn 5 just by getting an extra Blessing of Wisdom to put on DHawk. This means that in one turn, you can get 4 cards and this will help you get Blessing of Kings and Blessed Champion to finish off this SONUVABJTCH boss. YES YES, he WILL OBLITERATE most of the time but that only when you're unlucky; I was also in the same spot and was about to drop this deck but you never know what comes your way. HAVE FUN! I'M ALSO F2P.

Hi, When you played this strategy, did you ever attack enemy board minions with your Dragonhawk, or did you only attack face?
Thanx!
The enemy minions will attack face and minions if your minions are getting bigger and bigger; so I had no choice but to rely on secrets and divine shields to get rid of those pesky minions (3/4 and 0/5 that destroys 1 of your minions). But that is why Noble Sacrifice and Divine Shield cards are there. Best of Luck! :D
5 trys later i still can't mulligan the fuckign dragon fly
holy shit i legit won on the 6th try when i muliganed the dragon fly, can't believed this actually worked, tried to beat it on my own for like 3 hours before this guide
Round 2 obliterate, round 3 obliterate....
It was several attempts
ty, in my first try :)
first try!
This deck is not working out for me so far. Even if i get the dragonhawk and can protect it and start to buff it then the lich king just plays oblitarate on it and i cant win anymore
You basically have to draw two Young Dragonhawks to win. Obliterate is almost a guarantee on turns 3-5. Blizzard is a high possibility on turn 6 and you have to kill him before he reaches turn 7 because of Frostmourne. There is a small chance to line up all of these criteria to finally be able to beat him. It's not impossible, but I couldn't do it after about an hour and a half.
Around 40 trys.
Finally:
After restarting for the 36th time......I asked myself "Is there more to life than just trying so damn hard to pass a stage in this game?"......and I conceded one last time, deleted this budget deck and took a deep breath....It's just a freaking game :)/////////
Actually won first try. WOW THANKS MATEY
The chance of getting hit by a meteor is higher than the chance of not getting obliterated in this deck. Trust me, don't even bother if don't have the patience.
It's actually the other way around
This deck is great if you are a F2P player or if you don't feel like cheesing the encounter with exploit! It does require a very specific starting hand a bit of luck, but it is effective when you manage to protect your baby dragonhawk!
Here is a video spotlight of the deck, I hope you all enjoy!
Budget, follow strategy and win.
Thank you. :-)
P.S. : It took me an hour.
after 100 tries with this i finally beat it ,thank so much for this deck
