Heavily Rely on the plague and scavenger combo. Once establish the board with taunt minions or living mana, two savage roars will finish the lich king in no time.

Posted Sep 17, 2017 (Frozen Throne)16 hours and over 100 games with various Jade decks and no luck. Used your deck and won in 5 tries, and got my final win. Thank you so much !! You are my hero !!!!!!!!!!
Used poisonous seeds in place of Fandral (didn't have) at beginning of Frostmourne and immediately played innervate and then spreading plague. Buffed up the taunts repeatedly in following turns and used several savage roars like you said in phase three to beat him
