Your goal is to kill the lich king before turn 7 or on turn 7 with Equ+ Concec combo. To do that you must fill the board with murlocs and Megasaur + Warleader + Seer are your must cards.
PS: This deck won't win you always vs the Lich King. You may need to retry it several times (it took me about 30 min). But it's a cheap version and it's standard cards only.

"You can mulligan for Tidecaller, Hungry Crab, Rockpool Hunter. Ofc if you have a good curve (Tidecaller, Rockpool, Warleader) you can keep them too. There isn't just 1 perfect start, but the best few options for starting hand are not many. And ofc you have to be lucky not to face blizzard on turn 6."
