Reno Mage is one of the most prominent control decks in wild format. It uses its multiple board clears, such as Blizzard, Flamestrike, and Volcanic Potion to clear large aggressive boards with ease. These board clears allow for you to stall out until you get an ice block, or a Reno Jackson to save you from overly aggressive starts. It seems that in wild the deck is typically built around N'Zoth, the Corruptor bringing back taunt deathrattle minions to seal out an aggressive opponent, or to add extra value against a control deck.

Reno Mage has fallen due to the Knights of the Frozen Throne expansion, however this build aims to counteract Jade Druid with Skulking Geist and allow Frost Lich Jaina to take over the game. While the core remains one of the strongest against aggresive archetypes.
