Blood Queen changes your hero power to "0 cost give a non-vampire +2/+2. Must use every turn". To make great use of the hero power while always making sure I had plenty of allied minions to buff so I wouldn't buff hers I went with a jade style token deck. The deck is cheap and straight forward to play. Just play friendly tokens and buff them. You should be able to win easily. I was able to complete this adventure on the first try with this deck.
