Worked for me! I swapped out a few cards because I'm low on dust, but overall kept it the same. Mulligan for cheap minions so you can keep her board clear and try to gain armor as often as you can. When I finally beat her she was fatigued and I had 30 armor plus my C'Thun was at 30/30. 

As someone else said before, even if your C'Thun turns into an ice block its battlecry keeps going.

No need to wait for Sindragosa to reach below 20 health (or 10 health) to play C'Thun; I checked. I played C'Thun when her health was above 20, with no minions on her side of the board.  Sindragosa immediately froze C'Thun and turned him into a Block of Ice, but she was unable to remove his battlecry. C'Thun's battlecry continued to kill her, even though C'Thun had been turned into a Block of Ice. So drop it as soon as you can and you should be fine. 

I made the following substitutions since I did not have Twin Emperor Vek'lor, 2 Crazed Worshipper, and was missing one Disciple of C'Thun and didn't want to craft anything. 

- 1 Twin Emperor Vek'lor

- 2 Crazed Worshipper

- 1 Disciple of C'Thun

+ 2 Youthful Brewmaster (I used them to redrop anything that buffed C'Thun for a second buff)

+ 2 Shield Block

I feel like I cheated that I had to look up a deck to beat her... Also this fight is ridiculously easy with this deck

Got this first try no problem, took a little time, but I won it, had C'thun up to 24 damage and was at 58 armor by the time the match was done.

this deck is perfect if you just read the instructions. i got it done on my first try. and i thought it may have been luck. but then i tried it 2 more times with this deck and it worked just as well the first time. if you are using the cards in the deck this deck is pretty much fool-proof. its a basic control the board until you can deal the burst damage. any person who knows how to play control can do this with this deck with ease. great deck!

I substituted four cards for the ones I didn't have, but this deck worked well even then.  Took me several tries, but finally got it. Thanks for sharing.

well with my luck i drew Cthun last and he fatigued and went below 20 so i lost.. yay!!

It's good to know that C'Thun's battlecry still works after it is turned into a block of ice. If not this deck will not work at all...

... and yeah, I feel Brann Bronzebeard is a must for any C'Thun deck.

Managed to beat the dragon even after I screwed up and got her below 20 hp.  Luckily it was only one minion that got frozen so I had space to play 2 more and built up C'Thun.  I saw him get turned into an ice block and got scared for a minute until I saw his effect resume from the block.

C'thun was second last card in my deck and I did not pay so much attention when doing this boss so I ended up with Sindragosa going to fatigue when it was 21 hp and I had full board. Lucky enough I had tons of armor and 2x Fiery war axe so I just keep mashing his face with axe and won with fatigue.
