I'll maybe change few things, can be improved in my opinion

 

The best scenario is to have Emperor Thaurissan to reduce the cost of your combo, and then to play Howlfiend + Treachery + Defile. You can also play Imp Gang Boss who guarantee 5 damages when Defile is used

But as you can see this deck try to be balanced and don't force you to play arround the combo. If you can do it, it's very cool, but it's not a win condition

With Kazakus , Bloodreaver Gul'dan, Lord Jaraxxus and Twisting Nether you can have a good control and a good late game

Depending of your opponent you can choose to transform into Lord Jaraxxus, or to send him to the board with Krul the Unshackled
