This is my own mill rogue deck for standart. Really fun and hard to play, which is my lovely style of heartstone. Just wanted to share it with you, guys.

GLOBAL UPDATE [01.09.2017]:
deleted:
-2 Saronite Chain Gang
-2 Gadgetzan Ferryman
-2 Swashburglar
-1 Patches the Pirate
added:
+2 Youthful Brewmaster
+1 Shadowblade
+1 Shadow Strike
+1 Mind Control Tech
+2 Vilespine Slayer
EXPLANATION:
First of all, to not writing a poem here, just wanna say, that all those changes were done just because of better value in current meta. Mind Control Tech is really good card, as for me, also has synergy with Shadowstep or Youthful Brewmaster. Just wanted to gave this card a chance to be in this deck, and i realized, that was perfect idea. This guy was really usefull in couple of games. (sometimes he actually winning the games). Shadowstrike, Shadowblade and Vilespine Slayer - additional removals. I decided that those cards feel better in our deck. Swashburglar and Patches the Pirate was good combo, but still too random shit, and we had less chances to win control matchups with these cards.
This is a short video, where im showing this deck on practice
(playing on the old version of this deck):
Here is some tips:
Our dream combo is:
Playing Valeera the Hollow ;
Next turn:
Playing Shadowblade then Coldlight Oracle then playing a copy of it, using the card from our hero power, then Shadowstep the Coldlight Oracle and playing it again. In most cases, this is our main WIN CONDITION.
MULLIGAN:
VERSUS AGRESSIVE MATCHUPS:
always keep:
Doomsayer, Backstab (but dont keep two copies of it), Tar Creeper.
If you already got early drops, feel free to keep Mind Control Tech.
If you got Preparation and Vanish at the same time, you can keep it vs paladins, druids and shamans.
VERSUS CONTROL MATCHUPS:
always keep:
Coldlight Oracle, The Curator (Skulking Geist versus druids).
You can do some changes, if you have Prince Valanar, you can test it in current deck. Again you guys gave me the advice of using this card here, and, i say, it might be quite useful. Just do sth like this, if you have prince:
-1 Tar Creeper
+1 Prince Valanar
P.S.
i decided to add here the video, which i've found in the comments below;
(check out the spoiler)
just want to draw your attention on some mistakes;
- core missplays
FIRST: he was risking by playing both murlocs and not keeping in the hand even one on the moment 10:05, that was a really bad missplay
SECOND: this guy played this deck first time, i now that, but still he lost our main win condition (i told about our combo earlier)
check out this replay too, this guy was playing really well on this deck.
I have a question about replacement of Shadow strike. Is it worth to replace it with Fan of knifes (vs aggro) or Van Kleef (we have a lot of low cost playble cards for buff him) ? And what about farseers for healing?
And anyone take legend with mill rogue in KFT?
thanks to u bro,i up a legend in a 5 games,i want to suck u dick for this amazing deck!!!!!!!!!!!!!1!!!!!!!!1111111111!!!!!!!!!!!!
What card is a good replacement of The Curator in this deck?
I'd say it is a hard card to replace, as it might save you in case Coldlight Oracle doesn't come. Maybe a Saronite Chain Gang, though it might not help much.
I was playing 6 hours with this deck, do not stop losing, I think I win 3 games only, impossible this deck to go up in level 10 !!!!!
What should i mulligan against the meta decks right now
Currently playing this deck, went bad first few games since im playing this kind of deck first time. now its going pretty good. Love the idea of the deck
Obviosly this isn't a real deck, but looks fun. I plus 1'd it so others can enjoy losing 5 games in a row
It's kind of a fun way to play through my "play 50 rogue cards" quest :-)
I'm not often playing ranked so I piloted this deck from rank 20 in a 6-winstreak till I faced a Pirate Warrior and I didn't get a Tar Creeper.
My favorite games were against Living Mana Druids :-)
A real challenge was quest druid - won with my last hp :-)
Here are some replacement suggestions from Kyo to deal with aggro, and to have a more reliable late game.
You can watch him beat a non nerfed pirate warrior and a non nerfed aggro druid with it (~rank 9 early season) :
- Shadow Strike
- Mind Control Tech
(because people don't need 4 minions on their side to be a big threat, and if they have, it may be tokens).
- Bloodmage Thalnos
+ Glacial Shard (x2)
+ Alexstrasza
He replaces Backstab (x2) with Fan of Knives (x2) which I still have to try
He also replaces Youthful Brewmaster (x2) with Shadowcaster (x2) but I couldn't try this since I don't have them
Agreed.
Don't let them? If you can handle Paladin as a whole, make sure you have those Backstabs, Shadowblades, Doomsayers, and Tar Creepers. If that doesn't stop them then you are just going to lose I suppose, every deck has bad matchups.
That seems bad.
Any way to play this deck without curator??
If you aren't using the curator, then drawing your Oracles is going to be hard, if they are both in the bottom half of your deck, you're going to suffer. Having Curator is basically tutoring for the murloc, so you get 3 chances to draw it, in a sense.
I've been playing your deck for a few days now and it's realy fun to play, but it is weak against pirate warriors and most hunter decks. My version had -2 saronite +1valanar +1 shadowcaster(which sometimes alowed me to play 4 oracles on my final turn). Tnx for the update, makes more sense since i wasn't too happy with the pirate pack though i might keep valanar instead of mc tech.
