The main combo here is to use Dead Man's Hand and/or Sudden Genesis on Grommash Hellscream, Rotface and The Lich King

Additional combo is Don Han'Cho on Rotface.

So far I've gotten up to rank 10 in a couple hours seems to work wonders. Let me know of possible modifications. :)
