Miracle rogue is back thanks to one good rogue card (let's face it.. really the one and only) in the new expansion. REMEMBER TO SUB/TECH FOR YOUR META. READ THE SUB/TECH SECTION BELOW!
Thanks for all the support guys! Let's keep this crazy fun deck going!
Tier prediction: Tier 2
Takes a good bit of thought and skill to play, if you've played miracle before you'll be right at home. The deck plays like your old school miracle rogue with a different finisher. You keep control of the board until you can get your Gadgetzan Auctioneer out and draw, then push into Valeera the Hollow late game and copy your Arcane Giants for super cheap and make two nice fat Edwin VanCleefs. Shadow Reflections work amazingly well with a lot of the random class cards you'll be getting at the same time.
I'll have some new vids up soon for meta match ups. Also if you want to see some more professional play check out the vids below!
As usual more up votes, more detail AND VIDS!
Up votes:
10: Full mulligan guide and my pilot video
25: Tech choices/substitutions vs. current meta (will get updated over the next couple weeks as the meta develops)
50: 'Most' meta match up videos w/ detailed play style explanations (more vids coming soon!)
Mulligan Guide:
Always keep 1x Swashburglar, 1x Backstab, 1x Undercity Huckster.
Consider keeping Eviscerate, Shaku, the Collector, Razorpetal Lasher, Bloodmage Thalnos (if you have early spell synergy.) The only way I keep Edwin VanCleef is if I have exactly the right mix of Counterfeit Coin (or The Coin,) Backstab and Swashburglar.
General Subs/Tech:
Aggro Heavy: -2x Sap +2x Tar Creeper
-1x Leeroy Jenkins +1x Fan of Knives
Control Heavy: -1x Sap +1x Lilian Voss OR Sherazin, Corpse Flower
-1x Fan of Knives +1x Vilespine Slayer (Consider replacing a Shadow Strike for a second Vilespine if you're hitting all control.)

Comments/questions welcomed and will be answered below
I tried this deck out because one of the only two legendaries I got was Valeera the Hollow. The matches I won were the ones where nobody had an answer to VanCleef, though I just played one where I was against a control warrior and somehow got two copies of Scourgelord Garrosh. and it was a hilarious and fun match (even though the opponent was clearly pissed and emote-spamming despite winning, but that's their problem lol).
I might fiddle with the miracle rogue template this expansion, but this is a fun deck regardless.
What do you think of Shadowblade over Shadow Strike?
or maybe even a 1 and 1 situation
What do you think about this deck?? its like standard miracle rogue, but with some modifications
What do you think about playing one Vanish ?
Thank you for posting this deck, and your contribution. On a side note -- miracle rogue never went anywhere. 'Miracle rogue is back' seems misleading... ;)
What do you think about prince valanar?
Let me know if you can think of a good sub! I consider advice from commentators all the time and they influence my decks often!
Yea I tried the deck and Sherazin works much better, I wanted to include Valanar just cuz I had him
+1 for me,a video will be really nice :)
Any suggested switches for Shaku?
Shaku, the Collector is our only playable 3 drop minion on turn 3, plus he refills your hand like a boss and prompts removal. SI:7 Agent can be an okay sub but the power level is just not the same.
I would try shadowblade and maybe take out the 2nd shadowstrike for a second one. It's playable on turn 3, saves health, is tempo on turn 4, and doesn't need to target non-damaged minions. That last part can really hinder shadowstrike in a deck like this that has so many 1/2 drops.
edit: Also, Valanar would be pretty good in this deck if you have him
What do you do against people who drop things like a N'zoth or the Warlock DK? I'm having a hard time dealing with large threats like LK as well. Test running the deck without Van Cleef and Patches which I know are huge but I've lost a fair amount of games where those guys would be unlikely to save me.
Patches just thins your deck making you more likely to draw the card you need. Van Cleef is super important because of the late game synergy with Death Knight Valeera. You have 2 saps that deal with large threats plus 2 Shadowstrikes and 2 Eviscerates.
There's also a nice sub/tech section that will help you with your specific meta. Meta changes depending on what rank you are what day it is.
is there a good substitute for swashburglar? never bought that adventure
