Tried a couple of the decks on here to beat her and got frustrated and made my own.
Got her on the second try.

I managed to beat her without using C'Thun even though I'd buffed him to 28/28.

Maexxna will wear you down in the beginning but if you can hold out for the double clear (Blizzard then Arcane Explosion, or Flamestrike the next turn) you should be able to stay ahead of her by removing minions with random spells generated by Babbling Book

The Babbling Book is key for generating spells and minion clearing.

Mulligan:
Try and get Babbling Book, Ice Block, and Beckoner of Evil

 

This is my first deck than I'm publishing and I know Naxx is ancient history, but I never got to beating it on Heroic. Feedback appreciated.
