You play Hemet, Jungle Hunter and Skulking Geist (along with a bunch of 1 cost spells and cheap card draw) to get rid of cards in your deck. Once you have two copies of Dead Man's Hand in your hand, you play one to shuffle your hand into your deck. Wait to play the other until you draw the copied Dead Man's Hand, and you have infinite cards in your deck.

One potential problem is that you need to draw both Dead Man's Hands before you can play the Hemet.

Repeatedly shuffling the pack from Elise the Trailblazer gives you infinite resources and Brawl gives you a way to clear the board. 

Card draw after getting rid of most of the deck may be a problem. Depending on the cost of cards from the Elise pack, you might eventually run out of cards in hand. Coldlight Oracle might(?) be a way to overcome this weakness and also mill your opponent...I'm not sure. You'd have to get one in hand before playing Hemet. In wild, it might be possible to use Varian Wrynn although the cost of 10 is a bit problematic because you can't play a Dead Man's Hand or Elise pack on the same turn.

This is completely theorycraft for now. If anyone makes a version of this deck that can make it up to at least level 5 on ladder, please let me know.

I've also theorycrafted a priest version of this deck using Archbishop Benedictus and the older Elise (Elise Starseeker).
