About Patchwerk
Patchwerk has no cards, but does not take fatigue damage by himself. He does, however, take fatigue damage if you make him draw cards. He uses a weapon that refreshes whenever it breaks, which has 4 damage with windfury, allowing it to strike twice every round. His Hero ability will destroy a minion and costs 4 mana for him.
How does this deck work against him?
This deck is built to keep him busy forcing him to trade against your Mirror Image aswell as Sludge Belcher, whilst freezing him with several freeze spells. Whenever you are about to face a smack causing lethal damage, there will ideally be a way to keep yourself alive, using Ice Block and Ice Barrier. Along with the taunts and freezes in the deck.
Mulligan
You always want to mulligan for the Acidic Swamp Ooze, since it costs him 3 mana to replenish his weapon after it has been destroyed. Along with this card you ideally want Mirror Image, aswell as some form of card draw. Coldlight Oracle works brilliantly, as it also causes 3 fatigue damage on him with the first murloc, and 5 fatigue damage when the 2nd murloc is dropped. Starting with Ice Lance or Frostbolt is also a good way to slow the fattie down. Optionally, you'll have Loot Hoarder, Novice Engineer and in even having an Ice Barrier can be good to secure a slow start for him.
Playstyle
This deck does not run Alexstrasza because it's simply too slow. Use your burst whenever you can and kill him as soon as possible. Keep a constant card draw to make sure you'll have the survival cards as a backup when needed.
If you have Leeroy Jenkins, replace one Arcane Golem with him for additional burst.
Replacements
If you are in need of any replacements in the deck, please do comment below and I'll reply with what I consider the best choice, along with adding it to the guide.
First try. Starting with coin-ooze and followed soon by 2 mirror images and a belcher. Made it look easy! Even if Arcane Golems aren't quite what they used to be..
I got it on the first shot, really not as complicated as it had sounded to me when reading up on it.
Great deck. Won first time through. Thanks!
Amazing. First try! FREEEEZE! hahah
Great deck. Whether or not it was RNG was irrelevant. One shot him (barely).
I used your deck to beat him, here's the video if you wanted to see:

Strategy for playing this deck:
When building the deck, if you need replacements, throw in the cheapest cost cards with taunt that you can include. Things like Goldshire Footman or Shieldbearer.
Mulligan for the Acidic Swamp Ooze, if you can, do coin and ooze on your first turn.
Try to stall him every round. Stalls are freezing him (don't waste a card that can freeze him if he's already frozen) or using Ice Barrier. Ice Block counts as a stall too if next turn would be fatal. If you have 2 (or preferably 3) taunts on the field, that counts as a stall as well. Only play one stall per turn. Use the least amount of mana possible for the stall.
If you can't stall him, play a card that will lead to you drawing a card. Coldlight Oracle is best because it also does damage. If you draw a card that can stall him, then stall him.
After you stall him, spend the rest of your mana that turn doing as much damage as you can. If you run out of damage cards, put as many minions on the board as you can, and if you run out of that, then use draw cards (and past that point just whatever you have in your hand that you have mana for, unless it's a stall you're saving for a future turn.) Rinse and repeat.
Just repeating what others already said, but this worked like a charm in my first try. Thank you.
First try, 2 acidic swamp oozes helped. frostbolt, coldlight oracle, ... dead!
Super easy in Heroic, even without Pyroblast.
One shot, one kill.
Worked great in Heroic, I only had one of each epic card listed but no worries. The Acidic Swamp Ooze really just slowed things down in early game and not past turn 7 as he could cast his hero and draw up his new weapon. I beat him in one try and the deck seemed to always have the right card to get things done.
