This should make the deck more consistent and a lot better against Aggro. There are plenty of plays on Turn 1, 2, and 3. Swashburglar adds another early presence and further synergy with Ethereal Peddler and Lilian Voss, and we didn't have to cut Hallucination either. Patches will thin your deck and provide instant board on Turn 1 often. As good as Sap is against cards like Spikeridged Steed or early threats like Frothing Berserker, we have other removal options and it's not as effective against Aggro or "flood the board" decks. Edwin VanCleef is good but is somewhat counter intuitive to the deck's playstyle. You'll want to save your cheap spells (primarily Razorpetals) for Lilian Voss. Once Edwin was cut, Counterfeit Coin is the next reasonable cut. There are still plenty of spells to trade, get value with Gadgetzan Auctioneer, and reduce Arcane Giant. I believe this to be the best version yet. Thoughts?
Valeera the Hollow: One of the coolest and most interesting Death Knight cards. I think it will fit great it this deck because every single card we would want to get another copy of is 5 mana or less and even better... discounted Arcane Giants. It provides a one turn Ice Block for the most part and gives 5 armor also. It is pretty slow but this deck should usually play into the later turns I would think. The effectiveness of this card is to be seen but I have a good feeling about it.

Accumulate cards from the other class and reduce their cost with Ethereal Peddler. Cheap spells to replace with Lilian Voss including up to 6x Razorpetal.
Every game will be unique as you'll have to incorporate the various cards you'll steal from the opposing class. There are many different drawing engines, an early game package to compete with Aggro, and late game cards that will challenge Control. In general, you'll want to save your Razorpetals for Lilian Voss, plus any unfavorable spells you get drawing cards from the opposing class. You'll want to use your core spells like Backstab, Hallucination, Eviscerate and Fan of Knives.
The new Rogue weapon Shadowblade, is just what Rogue needed. It should help clean the board on Turn 3 and preserve your health.
Contest early by sparingly using your spells and playing your 1, 2 and 3 drops. Replace your cheap spells with better spells from your opponent class and then reduce them with Ethereal Peddler. Finish the game with 2x Vilespine Slayer, 2x Arcane Giant, and Valeera the Hollow.
I know one thing for sure is that the deck will be a lot of fun to play, but I also think it will be surprisingly effective. Any thoughts or ideas are welcomed.
Are you planning on updating this deck at all since the suggestions people have? I'd love to see what it could be.

I plan to update this week, I've been really busy. So far I think adding Vanish/Sap makes sense but I've only played about 15 games with the deck.
2x Shadowblade for 2x Vanish and it works flawlessly (Saps are fine too)! It's not competetive but getting everything doubled is just a lot of fun. I made a Wild version of this before and it works well too. A lot of fun ;)
Shadowblade is too good! I will fit in a Vanish and/or a Edwin soon.
I haven't played the list yet, it has only been Theory craft so far. Edwin and/or Vanish are the two cards I'll probably want to add back in. We don't have Prep or Counterfeit Coin which is why I took him out eventually. But we still have a lot of cheap cards.

Interesting but un-viable
How can you determine that at this point? I think you need to playa deck about 20 games or so before getting a fairly accurate representation. I haven't played this deck yet but I will in the coming days and post an update. It may need some adjustments, such as a Vanish, or maybe a Sap.

I've won 4/5 games with this deck! Manage to get Valeera out and you can easily have 3 arcade giants out. Also Vanish is extremely good and [cardcShadowblade[/card] really helps keep tempo. Thank you!

Which card did you cut for Vanish?
You need Vanish, one copy. After you play Death Knight you just Vanish each turn and enemy can not develop board.After Vanish you play some minion with 4 mana and next turn you hit them in the face, Vanish, rinse and repeat.
Except you can't vanish every turn as her heropower restarts every turn so you won't keep that vanish copy. Else it woulda been hard to counter :)
Mate, you play Vanish, Shadow Reflection becomes Vanish, at the start of next turn you get another Shadow Reflection, you play Vanish, that you created last turn and you get another Vanish. Shadow Reflection , token card, is destroyed at the end of your turn if you don't copy anything, at least that is how i see it.
The shadow copy disappears at the end of every turn, hence why that combo doesn't work
Then we interpreted the DK differrently :) I guess we just have o wait untill the expansion is released to see how it works :)

Swhwimpyy and Zutart are right. You couldn't use Vanish and keep another copy. Any card you copy would have to be 5 mana or less to play it in the same turn.
However, Arcane Giant will surely be 5 mana or less and most of the spells you'd use would also be 5 mana or less. I think the DK will be really good here, but we will see.
As far as Vanish, I do want to include 1 copy if we can. Vanish will be helpful in clearing the board and setting up your late game, even if you can't get multiple copies.
Thx for the clairfication :) Can't wait to try this deck out. Been trying to play thief rogue but it has felt quite weak so far sadly. WE'll see if ms voss and the DK is the answer :)
Is Thalnos really necessary in this deck? Seems like a valuable card slot that could be a Sap, Prep or Edwin (or some other better card I'm not thinking of ;)
