KAZAKUS WARLOCK IS NOT DEAD!! TRY THIS!
** I've decided to remove the winrate ratio for 2 reasons:
1) First i've played around 20 games which are not meant being comprehensive or exhaustive.
2) When i recorded the game stats i did it playing on my Mac. In order to avoid any further misunderstanding and problems I've now started recording new matches with the tracker. **
This deck has a very good late game with jaraxxus and a perfect early bord control with all the removals. There's a lot of value against:
MAGE Eater of Secrets, Kazakus for armor and healing with Lord Jaraxxus Alexstrasza
TOKEN DRUID AND SHAMAN Shadowflame, Primordial Drake, Hellfire
PIRATE WARRIOR Doomsayer, Golakka Crawler, Tar Creeper
It's also very good against MURLOC PALA with Hungry Crab, Ironbeak Owl and JADE DRUID with Mountain Giant in the early game and Lord Jaraxxus in the late game.

Personally i think all warlock class cards are very strong, from the mortal coil to jaraxxus .. do not change them!
Regarding neutral cards mistress, doomsayer, ooze, kabal courier, tar creeper, argus, eater of secrets, kazakus, the curator and his draw, primordial drake, Alex and mountain giant are very important in this deck archetype.
Actually I think that Tar Lurkerworks better than the Sunfury Protector
Let me know guys and enjoy!

Awful deck
Can I replace Lord Jaraxxus somehow? Meh. It's a key card, I guess
you could replace it with ysera but she won't be nearly as good Lord Jaraxxus
Thanks for deck. Works around 50\50 around rank 10 and it is ok for warlock with all those pirate warriors around. Swapped Hungry Crab and Mind Control Tech for a Stonehill Defender and Infested Tauren because crab only help to deal vs paladin and pretty useless in other games, MC tech is very hard to find target and defender can help against pirate warrior or find a value towards game end. Tauren it's just a sticky taunt (consider to running smth else).
Any replacement for kazakus?
This whole deck is built around Kazakus.
lol
I used to play Kazakus Warlock, I love playing Warlock it seems like its the underdog character in HS
Hello guys! After some while I am here with some showcasing and I am glad that I got the chance to try once again the EX-reno deck.
The first matchup is versus jade, which is in my opinion not that good opponent for this deck, but I managed to win. I definitely think you can see the correct lines how to approach this matchup. Although I am doing some basic mistakes like tapping last :X but thats just because I have not played warlock too much recently.
The second matchup is versus midrange / secret hunter. Also very interesting fight but I think I did well and as always, better player always wins Kappa.
This video is a bit longer cuz of the jade druid matchup. So definitely be sure to check it out and if you like it, go and hit the subscribe button! See you later :)
You make a mistake in the title, it should be: Kazakus Warlock -struggles in this meta-
Renolock works in wild because of healbot, reno, and general anti-aggro cards. There's no point of running a higlander deck in standard, since you only get kazakus. Mage and priest are much better options for playing the higlander strategy in standard because they can survive against aggro, so the reno isn't as core to the deck as it is for warlock.
If you're trying to do well with control warlock in standard, don't run a highlander list. Control warlock doesn't struggle against control, it struggles against aggro. Just keep the consistency of running double tar creeper, doomsayer, hellfire etc
This deck is awful. But if you want to have fun, go for it.
Is it worth playing without Alexstraza?
Give your reasons before stating your stupid opinion
Weak to Quest Warrior and dies to any tempo deck. Still, I'd rather lose to tempo deck and chill Quest Warrior, than the stupid boring meta aggro and combo decks, so I love this deck.
I had a bunch of funny games where the opponents got me to mere point or two from death and turned it around into a win. Nobody seems to expect both Jaraxxus and Alex.
How the hell do these decks get so many upvotes ???!!!! RIDICULOUS
Outrageous even. :O I can explain it to you, though. You can click on the '+' for an upvote - that's how decks usually get them.
But to be a little more serious again, people seem to like the deck, which is probably why it receives upvotes. A deck doesn't have to be "toptier100%winrate360noscopelolcrit!!!!1111oneoneeleven" for people to upload it. RIDICULOUS, isn't it. xD
Throw in a bunch of tech cards and pray...As much as I would like for this to work I don't see how it would... Building up a whole deck to justify the use Kazakus... You will be better off trying a handlock variation with 2 copies of certain cards. Priest has better support for a Kazakus deck, if you want to try.
Warlock is FUN! Some favorable matchups against priest and a "not so good" play against shaman in the video :)
VERY fun deck to play! And remember, fun is what Hearthstone is about! Stay Frosty out there! And thanks to Lugialty for making this deck!
Matchups:
