I've tried all versions of Pirate Warrior, and after a lot of games, I probably found the best version for the actual meta (in my opinion OFC).  This is not a new deck. I just want to show you how I easily hit Legend with this Pirate Warrior

This is working because of the hydra and the silence. Those two cards will give u many many wins. Hydra can be bad against Priest or Miracle rogue, but it owns almost all decks, especially druids (there are too many druids on the ladder right now).

I've done a WINRATE of 43-17 from Rank 5 to LEGEND (EU server). 
I did a win streak of 8-0 from rank 2 until legend. 

IT IS A WINRATE OF 71'7%!!! It's amazing...

Then I've reached LEGEND 990!! Going from Legend 2500 to Legend 990 with a WR of 20-8! 71'4%!!

SOME TIPS FOR THE MULLIGAN

N'Zoth's will be ALWAYS the best card to start with. Then if you're first  you can keep southsea deckhand or even upgrade (it's bad to lose the first turn). Fiery War Axe is a really good card to keep too. And ofc keep Bloodrail Raider if u got a 1 or 2 cost weapon (or even if u don't have weapon but u got the coin, then u can start with a 2/3... it's better than lose your first turn). 
Then now just remember some tips: 
-Upgrade is a nice choice agaisnt miracle rogue (they use to start with pirate 1/1 + Patches 1/1). 
-Agaisnt Mage or Shaman: ALWAYS keep the Fiery War Axe (their minions have more than 1 hp).
-Against Murloc Pala: You will probably need the Fiery War Axe too (or N'Zoth + Upgrade).
-Agaisnt Pirate Warrior: Just try to clear their board with your weapons.
-Against control decks like priest: Just combine pirates to make a good board fast, and try to make a nice weapon(Especially agaisnt miracles rogue).
