this deck can beat every archetype except jade druid.

against aggro you can fight fire with fire using nzoths first mate. you can keep the board clear with whirlwind and fishes, and ravaging ghoul is devastating to aggro. To stabilize, you have double drake, some taunt, and double shield block.

against midrange you need to play as proactively as possible and draw for hemet. keep the board clear with fishes, and post hemet elise and direhorn hatchling are game winning. you have a lot of high curve high power level cards, and the four direhorns will stop you from fatiguing and keep you drawing serious minions. the nzoths first mate is also a game winner against midrange, and it also jebaites the opponent into thinking you're pirate.

against control you play like you're midrange. hemet as soon as possible to get the pirates out of your deck, and try to win around turns 10-12 either through alex, elise, or constant direhorns. nzoth is crucial in this matchup alone, as it allows you to stop fatigue if the game goes longer than expected and continue to draw strong taunts. if possible you always want to discover more direhorns with stonehill defender.

against combo, just prevent any minion chip damage and keep pressing the armor button. you have shield block and armorsmith, but combo is typically never a problem for control warrior.

edit; removed alextraza and brawl added 1 acolyte of pain and the curator. The curator makes the deck better against aggro and brawl hasn't performed.
