DECK DESCRIPTION
This Paladin deck is built to abuse the cheating cards Barnes and Madam Goya. By playing all weapons and spells hence the name Spellsword, we can almost guarantee a powerful tempo play early in the game if they are drawn. These plays are backed up with the secrets Redemption and Getaway Kodo. It is not uncommon for this deck to play 3-4 Ashbringers.
DECK GOALS
Survive the early game as best you can with weapons Rallying Blade and Truesilver Champion. Survive the Mid-game by reseting with Equality plus Consecration/Avenging Wrath or Humility plus Enter the Coliseum. Remember to try to set up a secret before playing Barnes or Madam Goya to get the most out of your cheat play.
THE MULLIGAN
Barnes is of course the best card to hold. If you already have him then I would keep Madam Goya to avoid her being pulled as a 1/1. After that you basically want the weapons. Consider keeping Consecration against some aggressive match-ups and I would always keep it if you have Equality combo to start.
TECH CHOICES
One copy of Forbidden Healing is included mainly for the Pirate Warrior and Hunter match-up.
THINGS TO NOTE
Be very careful with your hero power and Vinecleaver. It is important to set up your secrets and not have them be wasted on 1/1s even if it gives the identity of the secret away. The deck has a great supply of face damage between all the spells and weapons. Do not be afraid to start going face with weapons and spells like Holy Wrath if you see an opportunity.

9 cards with two or less mana, makes Holy Wrath rather janky.
