Legend

Hey guys! I'm not a proplayer, i come from Italy and this is the second time i hit legend (1st with this selfmade Murloc Quest S37 )

This is a classic Quest Rogue decklist with all antiaggro tech.

Disclaimer:

This deck is not an easy one to pilot, it'll require you some games to set up and know all the little plays that make the difference between a win and a defeat.

Because of this, do not get angry for the mistake you'll commit and try to master it, it'll definitely reward you.

Unfortunately i didn't tracked all my matches but here's, briefly, some consideration:

1) Some sort of "high" win rate vs aggro, with "high" i mean 40/50%. I don't think this archetype could do any better (vs aggro) in any other form. It's a decent price to pay to have a high win rate against other decks.

2) Quest warrior, priest non combo and miracle rogue are very favorable (70+ winrate)

3) Other matchup are 45/55% depending on card draw and ability of both players.

A critical factor to increase your win rate is to mulligan 100% correct, here's some tips of mine (follow them as numbered):

1) Never mulligan away your quest ( lol )

2) Never mulligan away your bouncers (from now on bouncers are Shadowstep, Gadgetzan Ferryman and Youthful Brewmaster)

3) Try to identify the MU, based on your experience. Try to predict if it's aggro or not, this'll change the mulligan's decisions. If you're uncertain i'll advise you to predict the worst case scenario (almost always this scenario is aggro matchup)

Vs aggro you'll have to survive first, do not think about completing the quest. You have to keep a plan for the quest (do not burn all of your resource) but usually this will come useful in the midgame, in the early try to survive.

4) The second best cards to complete the quest are those card that generate doubles like Igneous Elemental and Mimic Pod.  Keep those cards vs non aggro.

The third best cards to complete the quest are those that generate value in the right game:
Fire Fly is the most generic one, Glacial Shard shines vs aggro, Novice Engineer vs slower MU. You can keep one of those if you have a mulligan full of bouncers. Do not keep more of those, it's not useful.

5) I usually do mulligan Preparation never. Also vs aggro i found it useful. I like to Prep an early Vanish more than an early Mimic Pod.

6) Bilefin Tidehunter and the charger are useful after the quest have been completed. I usually mulligan them.

7) Keep all anti aggro cards you find in mulligan.

This is the easy part of the game. Now you have to practice playing a lot of games. All of them are different, try to keep your mind fresh and think about every possible plays you can make. The right one is not always the best one.

Good luck.

Let me know in the comment if you like it.

PS sorry for my bad english
