Deathlord is a must pick for this fight given that your opponent lacks any minions in his deck and plays only spells.

Try to minimalize damage that you receive early game, getting shadow word: pain helps A LOT. 

Cabal Shadow Priest is useless because he will buff his minions with +1/+1 at turn 5.

If you can get rid of his weapons and have only one horsemen alive, he will eventually die from card draw.
