Currently at rank 4 with this deck.

This version of the deck doesn't run taunts to be able to support Hemet, Jungle Hunter. For this reason the Doomsayers are very important. This deck tries to hinder the opponent's early game development, take the empty board with Fandral Staghelm or Azure Drake and control the board from there. When you have drawn enough burn (Living Roots and Moonfire) you can go ahead and Hemet. Typically you can do the full combo about 2-3 turns after playing Hemet.

Some games the board gets away from you quickly, and there's not a lot you can do.  Against midrange or minion-heavy control decks you can try to buy time with Doomsayer (heal for 7) and Feral Rage (heal for 8). Don't be afraid to Mulch something weak if it plays well on curve and helps you survive. If you're lucky you get to play Aviana, Kun the Forgotten King, Malygos and Swipe the opponent's face to blow up his board (instead of waiting for the full combo).

The lack of taunt minions can be an issue at times but personally I think it's worth it because the deck is now a LOT faster thanks to Hemet. It allows us to race other combo decks like Anyfin Can Happen.

This deck might not be top tier but it's a lot of fun to play and performs quite well for me. Give it a try and let me know how it went. Good luck!
