This is a low-curve deck with a Zoo-like playstyle but uses singleton cards except for 2 copies of Hobgoblin. It actually does not run Reno Jackson (it has no place in a Zoo deck) but does run Kazakus. Of course it's still called a Reno deck because Reno's legacy is forever linked to the Highlander playstyle no matter if he's in the deck or not.

Possible considerations of cards to include: Gormok the Impaler, Leeroy Jenkins, and of course, Reno Jackson.

Consideration of cards to cut out: Ravenous Pterrordax, Ravasaur Runt, Echoing Ooze, or second Hobgoblin.
