Plague Quarter bosses (at least, heroic versions of them) seem way easier to deal with than their friends from Arachnid Q. All of them took me just 6 tries in summary, which sounds quite uninspiring even if I had Lady Fortune by my side (I did :3).

This deck is an iteration of the anti-Anub'Rekhan deck, which idea was, well, just control of the board with huge minions and optional removal with Auchenai Soulpriest and Circle of Healing. If you want to know more about, check it out!

First thing I imagined to counter Noth's passive was, huh, not to let my minions die. And, you know what, that totally worked out! Noth the Plaguebringer happens to be pretty slow in terms of tempo, so you can just wait him out a bit until you place solid minions and buff them up nicely. Don't roll out support cards like  early without a target, that will backfire you. Also don't overextend your board control in case Noth draws Plague, keep tempo smooth and removals ready. Also don't be too slow, because one turn he will draw it, and that card is so powerful, that you can't just handle two of them.

Here, as the "you-can-change-it-why-not-could-be-better" cards I consider  support minion cards - Auchenai Soulpriest and Shieldbearer in the first place. Northshire Cleric replacement can lead to being empty-handed, but just 1 instead of 2 may be enough. Earthen Ring Farseers are awesome anyway, and Lightwell is... experimental. So you may decide to throw in more Injured Blademaster, Gurubashi Berserker, Inner Fire, Chillwind Yeti, in descending order of being super-valuable.

Circle of Healing is always good (yay free heals!). Also you want Shadow Word: Death for Necroknight to make use of his deathrattle. Holy Nova (you may include 2nd one as well) is great to heal your crowd and to kill off Cult Masters, Holy Smite serves the same purpose. Dunno what else to explain because match-up should be pretty easy anyway.

The reason why this deck looks exactly this way, with 2 Auchenai Soulpriest, Lightwell, is Heigan the Unclean's hero power - Eruption, which costs 0 mana and deals 3 damage in Heroic mode. Yeah, also free Voidcaller by his side from the start. All this helps Heigan to build huge tempo, similar to Maexxna, and just pound you with medium-powered minions. That's why classic Priest mass-removal aka Auchenai-Circle combo is good again.

And here my first thought was to build a wall. Well, not just a wall, of course, but The Wall. The Wall, that shall suck all the damage from Eruption and remain unbreached. Once you've developed it nicely with the support of Power Word: Shield, Temple Enforcer's battlecry plus Divine Spirit, you automatically get board control over one or two turns, as a bonus. Then you just have to dodge Bane of Doom and Voidcaller summoning something dreadful, that would really swing things in AI's favor.

As you can see, with small possible changes, this deck is the beating stick, or the beating Wall to the two of Plague Q bosses, which makes 3 in summary with Anub'Rekhan. If you have any questions/suggestions/angry reviews, please, write them down in the comments. GLHF!
