Quick and dirty guide:

Keep Clutchmother Zavas, 1-drops.

Feed Devilsaur Egg's to Ravenous Pterrordax's. If draw is not in your favor, pop them with Dire Wolf Alpha or Defender of Argus.

Other acceptable bird food = Possessed Villager, Darkshire Librarian, or anything small likely to die on your opponent's next turn.

Edit: Testing - 2 Possessed Villager +2 Mortal Coil.

Edit 3/8/17: Mortal Coil was too slow. Replaced with Bloodfury Potion, currently working well to make for positive trades or pop Devilsaur Eggs.
