I've made a ton of Dinomancy decks and using a deck drawing simulator for draws. Emerald Hive Queen seams to have the best set up synergy with Dinomancy being a 1 mana beast that prefers a spell follow up or buffs later in the game to be a 3 mana Chillwind Yeti. Dinomancy as well as Emerald Hive Queen are cards that have a home in a deck not revolving around The Marsh Queen (you need elementals and 12+ 1 drops to finish the quest in a timely manner), mid range to control deck that is beast focused with some spell support. Hero powering turn 2 isn't the end of the world if you get stuck with a Emerald Hive Queen alone as you can trade it off later on or stall for time seeing how aggro is likely to be popular. Drawing and placing the card later in the game with Tol'vir Warden isn't bad either if you can squeeze it in as your last mana. While you can't adapt it turn 2 with Crackling Razormaw like Alleycat, the adaptions on turn 2 often aren't worth much (spawn 2 1/1s and health being the only good ones to use on a 1 drop turn 2, poisonous perhaps if they coin out a large 2 drop).

While it sucks drawing the 2nd copy of Dinomancy later on at least it's a 6 mana Blessing of Kings, it's worth having a long game run into that where you still get value from it than never drawing it in the first place, running 2 copies for draw consistency is worth this draw back in my opinion.

Depending on the meta Golakka Crawler can substitute for Stubborn Gastropod or another low cost card, even though Stubborn Gastropod is one of the only good beasts with taunt that gets value later in the game and benefits from buffs. You could also sub out Kill Command or Giant Wasp for the crawler in a pirate heavy meta. You could also run a copy of Ironbeak Owl in a slower meta. Running copy of Unleash the Hounds is possible however Grievous Bite is premium small removal, can be played the turn following Emerald Hive Queen and covers your small AoE needs

Stampede is card draw later with the 1 drops you run such as Raptor Hatchling, the shuffled token Raptor Patriarch and Jeweled Macaw which you should easily be able to get 2+ beasts with even before turn 10, though Emerald Hive Queen can awkward with Stampede you only run one copy to avoid the situation you're forced to Stampede with Emerald Hive Queen as your only beast (though fitting your last remaining mana of that turn with Emerald Hive Queen to draw a final beast is good). Yes it will occasionally happen and that's unfortunate but having a consistently better early game is worth the occasional last beast in hand being just Emerald Hive Queen (in which case you can still draw at least 2 beasts on 10 mana rather consistently assuming you get a beast costing 6 or less which is the minimum value for Stampede).

Knuckles and Rat Pack (as well as Stubborn Gastropod to a lesser extent) benefit the most from buffs that cards such as Dinomancy, Crackling Razormaw and Houndmaster can provide.
