To play this deck, one must simply calculate the play at each turn which gives the most expected face damage to the opponent.  For example, typically coin sorcerer apprentice over arcanologist because 3 attack is more than 2.

Mulligan Guide:

Mulligan for minions.  Reject leper gnome if you already have a turn 1 minion.  Reject loot hoarder + thalnos if you have a turn 1 and 2 play.  If you have a turn 1 and 2 play, keep arcane intellect.  If you suspect to be against aggro, keep frost nova.

Guide to Primordial Glyph:  Always take Ice block and fireball if they are available.  Pyroblast and arcane intellect and frost nova are also good choices.  Cabalist tome is ok.

Note: Coldlight oracle should be played with caution.  Do not play it if your opponent is low on cards unless you have stopped interacting with their board.  Do not play it vs druids because it helps them draw armor gaining cards, unless you have no chance of winning otherwise, or they have already played some armor gain.

Card Choices: I am 99% sure my deck is the optimal form of this deck.  Many people do not use leper gnome.  

Reasons for leper gnome over babbling book:  The only spells you could get from book to make it better are fireball, ice block, arcane intellect, and frost nova.  For example gnome deathrattle + ping face = frostbolt face, so frostbolt isn't a better outcome.  Book is not nearly consistent enough to get a spot.

Lackey:  Many people do not use this card.  Having a turn 1 play is great, and it also has good explosive starts with medivs valet.  But the lackey is also not a dead card late game, because it functions as an innervate when combined with ice block.  

I have found these cards to be better than arcane missiles and kirin tor mage, because late game it is still useful.  Arcane missiles is extremely unreliable late game.

Tech Choice:  If you are not facing much taunt cards, you may replace pyroblast with leeroy.
