This is the deck I used to beat Maexxna normal/heroic modes.

Naxx Reminder
Sometimes you will get bad hands/draws as the match progresses, making it harder to set up win conditions and kill her. If this happens concede and try again. It takes a bit of RNG, but eventually you will get good hands/draws. You will beat her, just keep trying! :)
Info
Removed: Razorfen Hunter, Stormwind Knight, Argent Commander, Darkscale Healer.
Added: Blessing of Might, Blessing of Kings, Light's Justice, Hand of Protection in their place.
1. With Blessings you can now push for more damage for 1 turn, specially in the early game.
2. The lower cost of cards allow for easy cycling as well so you can get the heal combo quicker.
3. The overall strategy is the same, only I've cut down the deck's mana curve, and added some useful cards to push for early damage and still maintain the same strategy.
4. This is more fleshed out, and the only dust required is for Earthen Ring Farseer which is not needed, but increases the attempts chance of succeeding substantially.
Mulligan
You want to Mulligan for Stonetusk Boar, Voodoo Doctor, Bluegill Warrior, Earthen Ring Farseer at the beginning of the game.
Strategy
1. Begin the match by using your charge minions whenever possible to deal damage to her as much as possible. Never target her minions. Keep using your charge minions till you draw a Consecration, or get really low in Health.
2. Sometimes she will put down a Dire Wolf Alpha in this case use a Bluegill Warrior to kill it off instantly, the extra 2 damage can actually kill you.
3. Once she has 4 Haunted Creepers and you have a Consecration in your hand use it. It will flood her board with ones and never be able to use anything else.
4. At that point where she has 7 1/1s on the board you will take 7 damage per turn, this is where your focus will now shift to healing every turn.
5. Use Voodoo Doctors and Earthen Ring Farseers if you have them. The point is to wait till you can cast 2 or 3 healing minions in 1 turn. If it gets to late game begin using Guardian of Kings and Voodoo Doctor each turn for 8 healing per turn.
6. Keep healing constantly using any of the above methods always healing 8+ per turn. Use any remaining mana on cheap charge minions for damage. If you can heal more the 7 damage you would take the following turn use Hammer of Wrath for extra 3 damage and card draw.
7. Make sure you kill off on purpose the boars and bluegills with a Stoneskin Gargoyle if she placed its in order to make room for your healing cards to come back to you on her turn. Keep doing the combo till she dies.
8. In some cases you will have more than enough healing cards in your hand, in this situation flood the board with the cheap Voodoo Doctors and Earthen Ring Farseers to ensure one of them stays on the board next turn, and keep trying to "Flood Heal" until she dies.
9. Remember to use Blessing of Might & Blessing of Kings on your charge minions to push for extra damage, even though its for 1 turn it actually makes a huge difference. But only use said cards when you're ahead in health and can afford to spend the mana on the buffs and still survive on her following turn.
The Hand of Protection is there only due to the low mana cost and flexibility to easily use it in order to cycle cards if the need arises.
Light's Justice is another very low mana cost card, although its only 1 damage, thats 4 damage over 4 turns, which adds up. Especially when you're just healing that turn.
10. Once you reach 10 Mana, the most common strategy from this point is to use Guardian of Kings to heal for 6 Health, and play 1 Wolfrider to push for 3 damage. Effectively only losing 1 health per turn and doing 3 damage. This strategy works as long as you've done sufficient damage before the initial Turn 10 arrives.
In most cases if you happen to get too low you can just skip playing Wolfrider for a few turns, and just use Guardian of Kings & Earthen Ring Farseer to heal for 9 each turn. It will extend the amount of turns you can do with the Guardian of Kings / Wolfrider combo, thus eventually killing her.
11. This is a long match, and it takes a while to kill her, so be ready to spend a bit of time making sure you're following the steps/doing it properly. You might have to concede and repeat due to RNG, but you don't want to spend all day doing it either. You will be her, just take your time and you will succeed! xD

I just used mill rogue....her hero power is perfect!
Just let her play her many haunted creepers...wait until her board is full of spiders and by turn 10 you should be able to play 1 or 2 antique healbots and have them returned to your hand to play again...you should be healing faster than she can hurt you...
at that point the game is yours
oh...also, don't use deathlord...you dont want her to trade her spiders...or else she plays bigger stuff liek spectral knight

I switched out the Earthen Ring Farseer for an Antique Heal Bot. Ended up milling her and won in fatigue.
The Deck is Great, i just changed 4 Card to optimize it for my opinion...
Following changes:
1. Guardian of Kings replacey by Antique Healbot (is cheaer, restore more health and is a minion so can go back to the hand. in the best, maexxna can do 7 damage, you can heal 8 each turn)
2. Guardian of Kings replacey by Alexstrasza (in my case i used it to heal myself)
3. Blessing of Kings replacey by Blessed Champion (x2) can be usefull with Wolfrider
You replaced Blessing of Kings with Blessed Champion, for Wolfrider?
How does that make ANY sense? Blessing of Kings is cheaper AND stronger for Wolfrider synergy.
I put the Antique Healbot in place of the Guardian of Kings and it worked much better the deck!

Great deck! Did it on first try.
When it's board was full of 1/1 spiders, I kept using Guardian of Kings and Voodoo Doctor every turn, until I fatigued Maexxna to death.
Thank you! Been wanting to beat this for months now. I made a few minor tweaks to give the deck some heft. I pulled out Hand of Protection for x2 Seal of light for extra damage on charge guys. I also took out Lights Justice x2 and put in 2 Peacekeeper for when I needed to set the board up after Consecration. Lastly, removed 1 Hammer of Wrath for LEROY!!Jenkins. He really helped pull out the W on this one.
The only thing that kinda sucks about this deck is if any of the following are played before you draw/play Consecration: Shade of Nax, Sludge Belcher, Even Dire Wolf Alpha if you can't answer it. I found that if they hit the board your out of luck.
Power Word: Glory is a great card that can be added to this deck. Once Maexxna's field is clogged by seven 1/1 minions, use that spell on one of her minions and you'll be healing 4 every turn from that point onwards, allowing for a faster kill seeing as you won't need to spend as much time healing, and you can therefore focus a bit more on the offense. This can be useful if your better healing cards such as Guardian of Kings and Earthen Ring Farseer are deeper into the deck.What was I thinking? This is a paladin deck! Although I think a priest deck with the same general idea, using two Power Word: Glory, and Holy Nova to replace Consecration, could also work out. The idea being that two Power Word: Glory automatically would heal you for more than they can dish out every turn for the rest of the game.
Explosive Sheep can be used for the same effect as Consecration to blow up her field once she has four Haunted Creepers. I don't know how viable it is in comparison, though, seeing as you need to summon it and wait a whole turn before suiciding it on a minion. Unless you play it along with Elven Archer's battlecry to blow up your own Explosive Sheep. Anyway, that's just an idea.
This is "THE DECK" to beat this boss,, first try after many many hunter builds and hour after hour not getting anywhere most AWESOME :)
The thing is easy but slooooow.
Heal, heal heal heal heal. Once you heal more than the damage you take (Guardian of kings + Voodoo or Earthen Ring) take 2 turns of pure damage, using 2 charge minions with as much damage buff as posible. Then return to spend 9 or 10 mana healing .
Repeat the process untill you win. You need some luck with the draws though, and remember, whenever he has 6 1/1 and another minions, reduce the extra minion's attack to 1. And once you get enough heal, you can't lose as long as you repeat.
You forgot to mention the most important part of all this: Once you get the combo and fill her board with 1/1's do NOT play more than 2 minions every turn. If you have a minion on the board after Maexxna uses her hero power, she will attack that minion and open up space on her board to play bigger, badder minions. I cannot tell you how frustrating it was when I finally got the combo set up only to have her foil it by attacking my minions instead of me.
Side note: Scarlet Purifier will also trigger the combo, and running two of them gives you twice the odds to find the combo. Also, as others have said Antique Healbot and Coldlight Oracle are must-haves in this deck. Aldor Peacekeeper also helps even out your margin of error as it allows you to neutralize an unlimited number of threats (1 per turn) if you miss the Consecration / Scarlet Purifier combo.
Beat it on the first try with the following changes: -2 Blessing of Might, -2 Hand of Protection, -2 Light's Justice, -2 Blessing of Kings, -2 Truesilver Champion | +2 Seal of Light, +2 Aldor Peacekeeper, +2 Coldlight Oracle, +2 Scarlet Purifier, +2 Antique Healbot
EDIT: After some more playtesting I have come to the conclusion that Antique Healbot is the real MVP and Guardian of Kings is total trash. At a cost of 7 it fouls up your hand and greatly limits your options. I highly recommend replacing them with something disposable (Blessing of Might actually isn't a bad option) in case you fill your hand with less desirable minions and need to free up space for drawing more cards. Also, I like Arcane Golem much more than Stonetusk Boar. The boar simply doesn't do enough damage and several times I found myself running it into another minion just to prevent it from being returned to my hand (and preventing me from drawing a card if I was at 10 cards already).
One final tip: If the game runs down to fatigue, you can always play out your heal minions/spells and then your Coldlight Oracle to deal Maexxna 11-17 damage immediately. Just make sure that when you do this it is enough damage to kill her immediately without killing you as well.

I was following the decklist so closely but your right! Healbot is a way more viable choice. I beat this without out it, ....so that means I'm cool and senpai will notice me?? :3
Thanks for the decklist. I swapped out one Scarlet Purifier for Leeroy Jenkins. That gave it a lot more damage and fills up minions with Leeroy's whelps.

It seems impossible to me , even if you draw the consecration by turn 4 and fill her board with 1/1's she deals 7 damage to you , and on your next turn you only have 5 mana and you can't play the guardian of kings for 2 more turns so you're pretty dead.
