This deck was taken from Crota's playthrough of Heroic Maexxna. This deck was created with the Battlecry mechanic in mind, almost every card has a battlecry.
Notes
- Holy Nova is a must have for AoE removal.
Card Replacements
- You can swap the Novice Engineers for Sea Giants.
- Auchenai Soulpriest is a good card, but Shadow Word: Death is a better replacement.
- Shadowform is not necessary, however, it works well.

Posted Jul 23, 2014 (Naxx Launch)I was already using a Priest deck to try to get this done, but when I added some of your cards I 1-shot it. Key cards IMO:
- Cabal Shadow Priest / Shadow Madness - amazing for taking Cobras and wrecking his 5/5 Spider or Giants.
- Farseer - +3 health every turn stabilizes the game instantly
- Soulpriest - Incredible offensive weapon. Paired with Farseer to kill almost anything in Maexxna's deck.
- Owl/Archer - Great for early game equalization
Some cards that I might substitute if I were to do it again:
- Mad Bomber - YOLO is a bit too inconsistent for me. Amazing when RNG smiles on you, but I'd probably run Bluegill for the Charge damage to deal with the Wolves.
- I'd turn Shadowform > SW: Death. Soulpriest is awesome, but the Shadowform seems redundant/unnecessary.
All in all, great deck, and once it stabilizes turns to auto-win.

I put 2 pain instead of shadoworm & 2 death instead of defender, they are usefull for the taunts and sea giants.
