This deck is a variation of Brian Kibler's 'Rats Without Hats' deck yet seems to be stronger. It is not as overpowering as some of the current Tier 1 deck (eg Pirate Warrior) but as the name states it is very good at 'just getting by'

Matchups:

Pirate Warrior - against Pirate Warrior your aim is to 'survive' the onslaught of pirates. In your mulligan you want to search for AlleycatArgent Squire and Acidic Swamp Ooze. If you don't find any of these cards try to curve out well into cards like Animal Companion and Houndmaster as these cards are especially good at slowing down the Pirate Warrior. In the late game you don't want to play Savannah Highmane as it is incredibly slow, instead you should aim to play sticky minions, taunts or chargers. Ragnaros the Firelord is especially good at closing out games against Pirate Warrior as you will most likely have the board by turn 8 and the 8 damage almost always goes face

Jade Druid - against Jade Druid mulligan for your removal and a good curve as these cards are essential for winning the game. As the game goes later you will want to go full SMOrc as Hunter can never win against Jade Druid in the trade game, and your sticky minions provide Druid with a hard time removing your board. In the last few turns of the game you want to search for cards like Unleash the Hounds and Kill Command, the former being especially good against Druid as they often gain huge boards

Water/Miracle Rogue - Miracle Rogue is an easy matchup to win as Rogue will have a very hard time dealing with your sticky minions, combined with the fact that they cant heal and your hero power being the biggest SMOrc tool, Miracle Rogue's are free wins. Water Rogue however can be tricky due to their strong tempo plays and and efficient early game removal such as Backstab and SI:7 Agent. The key to winning this matchup is overwhelming board presence. Keep in mind that Water Rogue rarely runs Fan of Knives and the majority of Hunter cards that they steal will be useless in removing your board (barring Unleash the Hounds). If you manage to curve out well, wins against Water Rogue are easily achievable

Midrange Jade Shaman - Midrange Shaman is one of the toughest matchups due to their extremely powerful board clears, taunt minions and heals. in this matchup you will want to try and gain board control until around turn 6 when you can start to go face. Savannah Highmane is an extremely powerful card in this matchup if you manage to dodge a Hex and if it sticks then you should aim to go face as this is the strongest your board will ever be

Dragon Priest - against Dragon Priest, the early turns can be a little shaky. You should aim to remove their minions as Kabal Talonpriest is a card, but once you survive their initial 1,2,3 turns, it should be pretty easy to win from there. This deck is very good at gaining and keeping the board so as long as you play around Holy Nova and keep developing minions, the game should be pretty easy to win

Every Reno Deck - Unlikely as it may be you might encounter a Reno Deck. In this matchup you are incredibly favoured due to your minions that need to be removed twice and your powerful burn spells. If you play around cards like Shadowflame and Faceless Shambler it should be easy to win in every game

This deck has gotten me to Legend and is fairly consistent across all games. I recommend you try it as it is a lot of fun beating Tier 1 decks with the 'worst class in the game'. Good Luck and Have Fun
