Luffy's deck.

I'm not completely sure, but this might be the best deck in the format right now.
It's far less clunky than The Curator version.

Counterfeit Coin may be replaceable by something like Argent Horserider, but being able to tempo out threats like Edwin or Finja is pretty key.

Update: 3/14/2017

I've seen some people remove the coins and pillagers for a stealth package, and I'm not sure I like it as much. It hasn't played as well in testing. Pillager seems to be generally superior to Sensai since it can be played stand-alone or with Coin on 3.  And the coins are an important tempo tool.
