Used this deck to reach rank 5 in wild last season. It is specifically teched against agro decks and lost very few to no games against the assorted agro archetypes (don't have exact statistics, sorry, didn't use deck tracker). Against control your best bet is to rush for the monkey as you don't run normal burst cards like grom or value cards like gorehowl.
Not sure about Alexstrasza (simply because i don't have her); i try Garrosh or another Shieldmaiden instead.
The heal she provides has straight up one me several games before. I'd probably tend towards shield maiden over garrosh as this is primarily a defensive deck and shield maiden provides a better and earlier defensive play. Other cards to consider might be an ooze or harrison, an alley armorsmith, second rate bruiser, or something along those lines.
Played this from rank 10 to rank 5. Only lost 1 game to aggro and it was by my own mistake I miscalculated their damage and conceded like an idiot right as I realized my mistake. Two Heal-bots in hand I would have stabilized.
This deck was made to beat aggro and that is what it does. I lost every single non-aggro match-up except for one N'zoth Priest that disconnected lmao. Win-streak playing against ONLY pirate warrior from 8 to 5. I'm still hitting 3-4 pirate warriors for every 1 non pirate warrior. This deck can definitely hit legend in the current state of the meta.
I'm curious how your games against egg-druid went. Found that to be a really hard match-up unless I just had like 4 AoE. I think I'll keep going with this deck and see if I can make legend this season with it.
EDIT: I was finding 2x Deathlord to be a little slow and did go -1 deathlord +1 dirty rat. The T2 2/6 into T3 2/8 feels good.
Egg druid is definitely one of the harder agro matchups. If they don't have a crazy start you should generally win, if they do you have two routes you can take. If you have the resources to keep doing so aggressively clear their minions. If you don't constantly be aware of the damage potential of savage roar plus their other buffs, and try and let them overextend into a board clear while not dying. Sometimes saving revenge can actually be better than using it early for only 1 damage in this matchup. If you can run them out of cards and then clear their board you should win.
Very weak deck =(
Deck is designed to beat agro and pretty much specifically that. If you are running into a lot of threat heavy control and/or midrange decks this list is a terrible choice. If your issue is with the agro matches i'd be happy to give you some advice.
i don't have Justicar atm, what can i use as replacement?
You could use another Shieldmaiden, but your win rate will suffer for it.
That's a hard one to replace. Shield maiden is a decent choice albeit a bit slow if you're facing an agro heavy meta. You could also go with something like an alley armor smith to combo the armor gain with an additional taunt, or potentially even throw in something like a harrison or an ooze.
i added soggoth and it worked really well but should i add another shieldmaiden?
It depends on what you'd be taking out/changing for it. If soggoth is working for you I'd be tempted to stick with that. Its definitely a solid card in this style of deck.
