Quick deck I made for a card idea I had. Not in love with the deck, but I do like the card. Keep in mind that I had to nerf the quest a few times before convinced it'd actually be somewhat difficult to complete it.
Token:
I totally love the idea of Tinyfin Fordling and his quest.
However, I find his battlecry strong, but lackluster for a quest. It's a strong drop, but a board clear would nullify it as anything else.
Not so much of a game-changer as it is for the Priest quest.
Maybe it could change your hero power to summon Murloc Knights?
Also, Tinyfin should cost less. or have higher stats.
Anyway, lovely idea.
I think that its too weak reward. Just check Paladin quest with legendary taunt and this murloc.
tinyfin mrrrgling
1. noun, a shallow place in a river or stream allowing one to walk or drive across.
I LOVE THIS IDEA! nice to see we'l get more murlocs in the new expansion judging by the Gentle Megasaur my hand's down favourite decks! :'D
You don't need to be too worried about keeping the stats on that thing balanced. I mean, minions summoned from these quests are supposed to come with ridiculous amounts of value anyways.
Why would you play two Vilefin Inquisitors?
Only to increase the chance of getting one. Pirate Warrior often runs double First Mate even though it doesn't want to draw both. Besides, summoning 1/1 Murlocs instead of 1/1 Dudes is pretty significant for the quest. This is a flood deck, and a tribal one at that, meaning not only do you want to play as many Murlocs as quickly as you can to complete the quest and flood, but you also want to get as many Murlocs on the board as you can to make good use of Seers and Warleaders.
The point of this post is the cards, not the deck, btw. :P
Maybe buff the stats to at least to a 5/5, seems like a very weak taunt with a decent battlecry that may or may not pay off.
Good idea though, seems very good, but not sure if it would see a whole lot of play in Standard unless more interesting cards are revealed.
TINYFIN FORDLING IS ADORABLE
A bit heavy on summoning lol, maybe put that down to 7
Keep in mind that it also accounts for all tokens, like those from Vilefin Inquisitor and Murloc Tidehunter.
