Hi everybody !

I will present you a deck I created, and I progressed quickly from rank 10 to legend in only 3 days. I will explain you how to play that deck, which is very disturbing for your opponent.

I noticed that Dirty Rat is a crazy card against Reno decks and some aggros (because it summons a weak minion and he's a 2/6 taunt for 2 manas). But it remembers me another old shaman card which have the same particularity in a different way: Ancestor's Call

WARNING : this deck is very hard to play well, that's why I think you should train a lot before winning games and reach a 70% winrate or more. I did a lot of changes, and I finally found the "perfect" set up. However, this deck is expensive, and you need to have the epic cards (like Elemental Destruction and (of course) Ancestor's Call) and at least 4-5 legendaries (Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound and Malygos cannot be changed). But this is not exactly a Malygos deck! Sometimes you will keep the combo if you play against a control deck, sometimes you will use your removal to keep the board clean and put your legendaries at the end of the game to finish the opponent. If you can put a Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound or a Soggoth the Slitherer turn 3/4, that's actually not bad...

POSSIBLE CHANGES

Barnes : I decided to put a Barnes in that deck lately, but I finally found that card is pretty strong, particularly when you can summon Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound, Ragnaros the Firelord, White Eyes or Emperor Thaurissan turn 4. However, you can just add another Lava Burst or a Feral Spirit. You can be a bit greedy too, and put another sick legendary like Ysera or Sylvanas Windrunner.

Hallazeal the Ascended : Hallazeal is a pretty good card, particularly in an agressive Meta. Of course, you have 2 Healing Wave for surviving (which is like having a Reno in your deck, because you pratically always get 14 HP, so x2 = 28 more HP). But sometimes, you're not lucky and you don't draw them. Hallazeal the Ascended can save you, particularly if you lost the control of the board: you just clean all the sh*t and return to full health. It's also a good thing when you have just to trade one minion: you get Hallazeal the Ascended + Crackle turn 7, you can kill something and gain 3-6 HP or more (can be also sick with malygos, of course!). And when you play against a pirate warrior (for exemple), if you just put Hallazeal on board T5, your opponent will obligatory trade it, because he knows you can heal next turn with it. So... yeah, that's a card! But if you don't get it, you can also put another legendary, or add another Lava Burst or a Feral Spirit (exactly as I said concernly Barnes).

White Eyes : White Eyes is very powerful, because of the synergy with Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound. It could be great with Barnes too, which can literally give you 2 10/10 5 manas taunts (OMG I like it). However, you can put another taunt instead, like Sludge Belcher, Sunwalker or Earth Elemental (which is an "Elemental", it will be maybe interesting for the next expansion... or not). This taunt minion is important, and can do all the difference when you're in a bad situation. Loatheb could be a good option too (as a great turn 5), but not really good with Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound or Barnes...

Emperor Thaurissan : Same than Barnes concerning the replacements. I added that legendary lately, but I really enjoy it now (thank you guys for your advices!). Emperor Thaurissan synergizes well with Barnes, but can also help you to prepare a sick Malygos combo (particularly when you're playing against Reno Warlock). And because you play control, you're supposed to get like 5-6 or more cards in your hand. So Emperor Thaurissan can have a lot of value in this deck. However, it's not an obligatory card.

Ragnaros the Firelord : If you want to create a deck like that, I think you get a bunch of legendaries. So, you probably have this one in your collection. However, you can put Ysera instead of it. It depends on your own play style: I prefer having another burst for finishing my opponent early, but you can also "spin things out" with Ysera, and get more options and opportunities on your side. Sylvanas Windrunner is a good option too.

Soggoth the Slitherer : This defensive card can be OK for mulligan against an aggro deck, if you get Ancestor's Call. Your opponent will use a lot of means to clean Soggoth, this card is very ennoying, even againt more defensive plays. For me, Soggoth is a "must have", but I know that's not a commonly played legendary. So, you can replace it for another defensive minion like Sunwalker, Sludge Belcher or Al'Akir the Winlord, why not (these 3 minions synergizes well with Barnes).

YOU MUST HAVE...

Lightning Bolt, Crackle, Lava Shock, Lava Burst : These spells are here for 2 different strategies.

1. If you play against Reno deck or control, you keep it "secretly" in your hand for a glorious finish with Malygos. Try to reduce their cost with Thaurissan, if possible. Of course, you can use one of them to kill an annoying minion (like your Lava Burst to kill Emperor Thaurissan or a Crackle for Brann Bronzebeard for exemple). But in this kind of game, it's important to try concerving these cards for lethal.

2. Against aggro/tempo/midrange decks, you can use them to kill minions, depending on the situation. For exemple, you have to kill all the pirates very quickly against Warrior, if you don't get something else to kill them. So, these spells are very very important, and you must have them. I put only 1 Lava Burst in my deck, but if you want, you can also put a second one and replace a card mentioned above.

Ancestral Knowledge and Far Sight : Drawing is very important, and you cannot put a minion for it (because of the lack of synergy with Ancestor's Call, Barnes or Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound). So, I think you definitely need 2x Far Sight [/card](because you get a lot of 3 cost cards which can  become free; and you can also get a [card]Soggoth the Slitherer for only 6 manas for exemple) and at least 1 Ancestral Knowledge. I used only one during a while, but I realized that I didn't have enough draw. The overload is a bit ennoying, but you can get more options for the next turns. You just have to use this card very carefully. If you want, you can take only 1 and put another Lava Shock or another Maelstrom Portal for exemple.

Maelstrom Portal, Elemental Destruction, Lightning Storm:

1. Maelstorm Portal : I put only one Maelstrom in my deck, but you can also add another one and replace the card of your choice. Maelstorm is pretty weak, but can be a game breaker with Malygos if you lost the control of the board (Ancestor's Call + Maelstrom Portal = you deal 6 damages for 6 manas to all the minions + 1 in the hand of your opponent, and you get a sick legendary on your side... the dream!). You can also clean weak minions at the begin of the game turn 2, and also deal 2 damages if you get the spell totem (translation: if you get luck at lotery).

2. Elemental Destruction and Lightning Storm. Both are necessary. I think I don't need to explain why, it's so obvious. Hallazeal the Ascended love Elemental Destruction, and Malygos love Lightining Storm. Deal with it, or die. Note: you "only" have 4 AOE (and 1/2 with Maelstrom) in this deck, use it smartly.

Healing Waves : very important card, you have to keep the both in your deck. The joust mechanic is, in 95% of cases, in your advantage. As I said, it's like having a Reno Jackson splited in too parts in your deck + Hallazeal the Ascended for more healing. So, don't be afraid to take damages. You can heal'n'clean frequently.

Hex and Ancestor's Call : no comment. You MUST HAVE two of them. That's it. Wh... what did you say? No, just no. If you don't have 2 Ancestor's Call, you don't play that deck (which is called "Ancestor's Call Control Shaman").

Malygos : Malygos in one of the core of your deck. However, this is NOT a "Malygos Shaman", this is not THE core. You can finish your opponent with differents strategies, based in most of the cases on intimidation (the opponent will concede in a lot of situations). As I explained concerning the spells, you have to calculate how many damages you can deal in face with Malygos, every turn you draw one of them. So, you can deal up to 32 damages and more only with 2 Lightning Bolt and 2 Crackle for exemple. You can also use Malygos to clean the board if necessary. But Malygos combo is not easy to set up against all kind of decks. However, it is excellent against Renolock (you definitely have to try to set up the combo as fast as possible). The combo is difficult to set up against Reno Mage (the worst match up for this deck, like 25% winrate), but at least you can try if you can get it in your mulligan. Just DO NOT try to set up Malygos combo against aggro decks, you will fail so hard.

Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound : As Amaz would say, THAT'S A CARD! Y'Shaarj is probably the most sick card of your deck, and you absolutely need it. Because of 3 main reasons: 1. This is the biggest value with Ancestor's Call. If you get it turn 4, or turn 3 with the coin, you just win the game (in 98% of the cases). 2. It synergizes so well with practically all your minions, particularly if White Eyes was killed, and you want to find the 10/10 taunt hidden in your deck. Of course, Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound is excellent with White Eyes, because of the double value of the deathrattle. 3. The ULTIMATE O' GREAT EXPERIENCE with Barnes. If Barnes summon Y'Shaarj turn 3/4, you're just the most happy person on earth (...stone, sorry). And if mini Y'Shaarj summon the real Y'Shaarj... you're lucky as f*ck.

I hope you guys will enjoy the deck as I enjoy. Tell me if you can reach legend with it too! It's a fun deck, but I think it's also competitive. And we're playing at Hearthstone, Heroes of Warcraft® because we want to have fun, and we don't want to play "copy-paste" jade shamans. Amaze your opponent ;)
