The deck does have some mechanics to deal with aggro but its weakest against pretty much any druid deck unless you Drakonid Operative into a Jade Idol. Its about 60% win to aggro warrior and 50/50 aggro shaman as its a bit hard to draw into the cards you need.

Its probably good to use Kazakus turn 4 for the 5 cost spell (try to get deal 4 damage to all minions) against most other decks. Save it for the 10 cost only against reno mage. Also don't be afraid to use reno if you fall below 14 health against OTK warlock or OTK rogue. 

Its pretty essential that you play Emperor Thaurissan when you draw him so you are able to play 2 cards a turn due to the high cost of this deck.  Pretty much only want to use Kabal Courier for Damage spells or clears unless you happen to get a tricky Coldarra Drake in which case just LOL.

Against other Reno Priests you should stack up okay, I had a game where I played 4 Ysera's thanks to Netherspite Historian  into 2 Drakonid Operative  one with double battlecry with Brann Bronzebeard and then Entomb.

Dragon Priests though are going to be harder to win against as they have more of a chance to draw into the cards they need.
