Deck should be called "Big Eddie".
Fun deck, First turn Swashburglar, 2nd turn Shadowstep -> Swashburglar -> Shadowstep -> Swashburglar -> The Coin ->Edwin VanCleef (12/12). 3rd turn Sap his Big minion, attack and Conceal... Win thru concede in turn 4
Fun easy deck
need board clear
MC Gorila kkkkkkkkkkkk
Olha a evolução
Easy win against this deck with shaman (hex)
There is conceal for a reason mate
Second try! Turn 2 10/10 Edwin against some Jade guy = "I concede to you" ;D Thanks!
Although I never tried this deck out (I don't have Edwin VanCleef :C), I am praising you for the creativity that goes into this deck. I would have never thought of using shadowstep to effectively become a 1 mana buff Edwin +4/+4. Absolutely ingenious.
Another topic I would like to discuss is ideal turn to pull off the Edwin combo. It seems to me that unless you have a ridiculous mulligan, if you don't have the coin the ideal turn to play Edwin seems to be turn 4. I think that a stronger early game is required, one synergistic with swashbuckler- that's right Patches the Pirate. This would replace fan of knives, because that seems like too slow and expensive of a card to use with this kind of deck. There are two reasons to put patches in- one for the obvious board control on turn one (Fun fact, playing patches in this brawl summons another patches, you'll have a total of two patches on board.), but it thins your deck significantly so you can get better odds of getting the card you want- increasing the chances of getting any card to 33%. Changing your deck size from 10 to 9 can change a whole lot.
I'm just curious, what will happens if, in one turn we shadowstep edwin and put him back on the board will edwin still gain the combo?
His initial buff will be lost, but after playing him from shadowstep, edwin will effectively gain +4/+4. Pretty cool, huh.
Yes.
i thought Novice draws from your deck thus making it empty?
I mean 34/34 would equal 16 cards played before Edwin.
No drawing give you a special card that discovers another card from your deck.
