I've been working on this Hand Buff Pali since MSOG and this is what I have ended up with. I am convinced this is good enough to be a top tier deck with a bit more testing, which is why I'm posting here.
I've had great success so far haven't done much ranked but have played a shit ton. This deck can and does beat: Reno Priest, Pirate Warrior, Piracle Rogue, Jade Druid etc.
I'd say win rate is at least 55-60% with this deck. More details SOON.
EDIT since post:
-1 Seargeant Sally +1 Leeroy Jenkins -1 Dirty Rat +1 Nat Pagle
-1 Grimestreet Enforcer +1 Dopplegangster
Wish I knew how to upload images on here. I'm such a pleb. :3
Hi, I'm gonna try this version. I've been running my own version last season.
My deck :
I've been reaching rank 8.
Just a question. Which hero power do you want from Finley ?
Hey that's awesome I definitely want the community to play this deck and I'm open to suggestion and trying other variants!
That's cool I will try your deck as well, I have ran versions like yours for sure with Brann it can be really good. I don't run him even though I run the Ivory Knights just because other than the Knights, Brann doesnt help my deck too much. But with those Dopplegangster it can definitely be Game OVER if you flood the board.
Finnley is a diverse card and is really good for us on turn 1 or later in the game. Depending on the match up: Aggro I'll go for Mage hero power, Druid for extra burst w/ Truesilver, or even Shaman for totems to buff with Keeper of Uldaman and taunt totems. Midrange/Control match up I'll go for Priest Heal, Warlock Life Tap, or Warrior Armor.
How has Sergeant Sally worked out for you? I never know the right time to play her. She just hadn't been all that effective in my tests, but I could be using her wrong.
She's actually been pretty decent for me lately. A lot of weird synergies with Sergeant Sally, just with the hand buffing mechanic, Equality, and extra AOE damage on top of Wild Pyromancer, and even buffing her with Keeper of Uldaman. She is a little slow, and because of that she is probably the easiest to replace. I used to run 1 copy of Mind Control Tech but I found him to be too random for me (never lucky) lol.
I've had a difficult time deciding when to play her myself, I've had weird stuff happen with her after a Reno deck plays their Kazakus potion, let's say to resummon minions, Sergeant Sally can stick around and clear those minions. Seems like you just got to play her when you are kind of forced too, just as a potential clear.
Hey Warlord so I am glad you asked me this since I really do want to make Paladin great again, but you are right, and I kind of knew it myself. Sergeant Sally is just too slow for this deck. Although there are cool synergies, I kind of just played her because no one else does lol.
So last night after about 30 games or so I realized the deck needs more BURST damage so I immediately thought, Leeeerroooyy Jenkins ha.
Also after testing last night I realized Dirty Rat usually hurts more than it helps; especially running equality for a clear, it doesn't make much sense to run Dirty Rat in this style deck. The deck needed more DRAW so I swapped the Rat for Nat Pagle.
It has been running A LOT more smooth now! Wrecking Pirate Warriors, Priests, all that good stuff!
Why are you running Black Knight here?
I am running a fairly greedy buffing deck, too. This is my current list:

I tried to cut way back on spells and weapons to increase the effectiveness of the buffs. I'm having decent success right now, hovering around rank 10.
Hey Warlord good question for sure. Black Knight is kind of a tech choice for me. By itself it is just ok, but after being buffed a few times while in hand, and killing a major Taunt threat is a huge tempo swing. A lot of classes run heavy taunts, Druid, Warlock, Warrior, Priest, Shaman, and yes the occasional Paladin deck like yours! He can take out Tirion, Sunwalker, and Soggoth no problem. I do like your deck looks pretty solid to me I'd run it.
I managed rank 12 last season just playing half the season, I know we can make Pali great again! kappa
