WOW thank you bro! I can add to the confirmation this deck worked on my FIRST try after at least 60 attempts with other of my own variations. Of course you're always going to need RNGesus on your side with the right card draws and for Nazra to play in a way that suits you. But keep persevering you will get there if you use this deck. The only suggestion I have for others is to drop both Shadow Word: Death's and swap for one more SW: Pain and something else, maybe a Barnes if you have it. Nazra never has any minions above 5 attack and your goal isn't to fight anything once you're facing the Prince.
Strategy I used.
Try keep your Northshire Cleric's up as long as possible while healing them for card draw. Use a Resurrect early if it means you can get one back and get more cards. Nazra will ALWAYS target these. I managed to draw and play 2 up early and got about 4 cards off them which really helped give me a good hand.
Once you have a decent hand you want to have double Hooded Acolyte on the field, so every time there is a heal your C'thun is getting pumped up like a juice head in the gym. Having both your Power Word: Glory on one 3/3 is key to pumping up the C'thun and keeping you alive. Be weary of using your [card]Psych-o-Tron[/card] too early in case the 3/3 kills itself on it. Drop Twilight Darkmender's once you C'thun is above 10 to keep you alive from Nazra's bullsh*t onslaught
When you have Brann and C'Thun in your hand you want to get Emperor Thaurissan out for at least two turns so you can drop the Brann C'thun combo in one turn. If you have made it this far you are probably going to make it to Malch. Lets be honest the hardest part of this fight is turns 1 - 6.
Once you have your C'thun above 36 kill Nazra and drop Brann + C'Thun on the prince and watch him and his puny infernals get pummelled.
Die turn 5/6 every frigging match, never does anything other than summon 3/3 charges.
Hahaha, this actually worked for me first try! I had one Hooded Acolyte, one Priest of the Feast and a 1 health Thaurissan on the board when Nazra died to fatigue. Brann was 0 cost and C'thun was 7. My luck was, Malchezaar couldn't play Twisting Nether directly in his first turn. He played like 6 minions but the 31-31 C'thun machine gunned all of them down along with a very big chunk of health. I attacked with the three minions I mentioned before, and he had 1 health remaining and I was out of cards and no cards in hand. The most epic part was, he played Twisting Nether next turn and two 6-6's with his hero power and I'd be surely dead to that, if it wasn't for the EXACTLY 1-attack Atiesh Medivh had lended me! It was so epic, like an all out standoff with a twist like that haha. Thanks for the deck!
Oh and one tip I have is, putting the 2 cost panda in your deck and reducing that to 0 cost also. Then directly play it to return C'thun to your hand the very turn you play C'thun. In case Malchezaar has any leftover health, this will be enough to deal with him and send that little piece of shiznit back to depths of hell ;) I didn't do this but I surely would give it a try, had I not won my first try of the deck :D
cant survive more tan 5 turns against the orc this deck sucks
This deck is not "free win". You have to get the perfect hand and Nazra need to get the worst hand for you to even have a chanse. THe entire match is RnG so basicly no skill. Been on this last boss for days with diffrent deck and not been able to win.
I've tried about 20 times with this deck without any success. I managed to get a board with 2 Hooded Acolytes, a Priest of the Feast, Tournament Medic and a Lightwell, got my C'Thun to 32/32 all with 30 hp! But then Nazra Cleared my entire board and finished me off with a 20 damage in one turn. What am I doing wrong?
Alternative variant with new Death Knight Paladin which finally worked for me: http://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/895367-heroic-free-medivh-nazra-malchezaar-horsemen-deck

Game designer who created heroic version of that encounter truly deserves to die, i can't imagine how much time and nerves were wasted by players all around the world on this silly boss. No skill involved at all, same freaking slot machine. Boring and frustrating af =\
After months of trying (with your deck) I finally succeeded, the OP way, buffed my C'Thun to 98/98,
Emperor Thaurissan surviving long enough to get C'Thun cost 7, Brann Bronzebeard to 1, even if the combo wasn't really needed... Dropped the two Shadow Word: Death for a Lightwell and Dragonfire Potion ( didn't have to use the latter ).
Thank you for the deck, i can finally try another heroic boss :D
last card brann
Thank you so much for this! Also I ended up having to use Shadow Word Death on my own Twilight Darkmender to make room for Emperor Thaurissan. Ended up winning with a 59/59 C'Thun. Cheers!
Here's the deck I finally beat him with:

- SW:D (2)
+ Lightwell
+SW:P
Getting 2x value out of Emp, then playing Brann+Cthun @ 36/36 when you go into into 2nd phase works, but will take a while (~10 tries for me). Just keep at it.
Came here to say thanks for the deck.
Worked like a charm!! Thank you!
one shot!!
thanx dude ^^
Thanks so much for this deck list. I had to tweak it a little bit (I guess I wasn't used to this play style, idk) but I got it on my 3rd or 4th attempt after using this deck's strategy.
Here is the deck that I used it anyone is interested (def needed the bran, c'thun, and emperor combo from this deck!)

About waiting until you have a 36/36 C'Thun, I suggest waiting for a number above 72 because I often got my C'Thun removed the next turn. You can often get a stable board that can hold on until you're both decked out, see pic: xD :(((

Grats on the kill!
I think for this deck, the combo is the main point. If you have emperor down for 2 turns (while having c'thun and bran in hand) then all you need is a 36/36.
Doh nevermind, I totally forgot about Brann in my last match. xD I only had 4 cards left (one being Brann), but at that point my C'Thun was big enough.
