This is the deck I used to beat Nefarian on Heroic.

Mulligan for your consecration and other early game like doomsayer/minibot.

Get all your deathrattles out an value trade through the first stage. Kill all of Nefs armour once you have a strong board and make quick work of Onyxia. N'zoth your board back again once Onyxia is taken care of.
