I have been struggling getting legend for a long time and I decided to record one game of my reno mage gameplay and I would like to hear an opinion of my plays in this video. It is just like ten minutes so if you have time, please consider giving me your opinions.

LOL, please explain how is Dirty Rat win condition. Is Earthen Ring Farseer win condition as well ? It bought me a turn once against pirate warrior and I won that game.

No need to be edgy, dude, it is just you can't tell the difference between tech card and win condition. That is why I was being sarcastic. No one denies how powerful rat is but he is not win con himself. As someone correctly mentioned neither is Reno. And I will tell you why I think so. Basically a single card =\= win con. You can consider exceptions cards like Ysera or Lord Jaxx (any infinite/high value cards) yet it is not just about slamming a single card. If I didn't lure polymorph/hex/entomb should I drop Ysera? Isn't it good to get armor pot from Kaz and drop doomsayer before playing Jaxx? Reaching win condition is never a matter of a single card and that was my point (unless they print a spell that reads "Kill your opponent"). Win con answers the question "How this deck wins". The main strategy of a particular deck is his win condition. It might revolve around single card, it might not. For example zoodeck win con is overwhelming opponent by tons of minions and generating killer board. It is not about Doomguard or Darkshire Councilman alone. This is why I find what you said ridiculous. GLHF!

Dirty Rat is for late game,  its important to force summon huge Battlecry minion.

I don't have Kazakus.  I imagine it wouldn't ruin the deck.  Suggestions for a replacement?  I love dropping in the Arcane Giant for 0 mana here and there.... ?

I'd also have to put in Antonidas instead of Alex.  Still looks solid.  I'll test.

That's not true at all, you can still play Reno Mage, it just won't have Kazakus in it :D

you can still play reno without kazakus. I play a warlock reno with a Krul. its fun

Thank you for your answer man! :) Yeh I always get frustrated when I get smashed by aggro decks and I dont draw my reno :/ FeelsBadMan 

Hey everyone! Thijs has updated this deck, and the new version is way better. I strongly recommend using it instead.

Any advice what should I take instead of Bloodmage Thalnos, and it is still worth to play this deck without it?

There's no good replacement for Alex, she's one of a kind. I suppose you can go with what Thijs was originally doing and put in Medivh, the Guardian. Best of luck!

Hey guys, a poorman question. Is there any possibility to replace antonidas, kazakus and thalnos ?

I prefer cult sorcerer to replace thalnos and planning to craft kazakus but is there any alternative replacement maybe ? Thanks

That's a lot of replacements, but let's break it down.

Archmage Antonidas should be replaced with Medivh, the Guardian. You usually put one or the other in your deck, so it's fine to use Medivh, the Guardian instead.

As you said, Cult Sorcerer is the only decent replacement for Bloodmage Thalnos but I still really recommend getting Bloodmage Thalnos sometime soon because he's used in so many decks these days and likely will be forever.

Kazakus has no replacement, just choose a similar mana cost card. I'd probably pick Cabalist's Tome.

Alex is a must for this deck because Reno Mages need a way to "burst down" their opponent's HP low enough to finish them with their spells.
