Deck Idea:
Find a guaranteed Barnes on turn 4, that draws a guaranteed Maly 1/1, unless you accidently did draw him. If thats the case, concede and retry.
We have all 0 Mana Spells in this deck, so that we higher the chance to draw specific cards on our other turns 1 2 and 3. Preperation is of course always a keep and Counterfeit Coin can be considered as well, to combo and have more mana to use on our turn 4 when Maly comes down.
On our first turn we draw either of those 2 cards:
Sinister Strike or Deadly Poison. Deadly Poison can be used on our guaranteed turn 5 weopon, or to get in earlie face damage
On turn 2 we get our guaranteed Evis or Shiv.
On turn 3 we get either Headcrack or Shadowstrike
On Turn 4 we get guaranteed Barnes+Maly (Maly should not have been drawn at this point)
We now can deal following combo:
Sinister Strike (1 Mana)+ Evis (2 Mana)+ Saved Prep and Shadowstrike or Headcrack (0) = 27 Damage with Shadowstrike or 24 Damage with Headcrack. Either way we draw a guaranteed Assassins Blade next turn for the needed lethal, or for continoues damage to finsih off our opponent.
If you used and have drawn Deadly Poison, you cannot use Shadowstrike on your opponent anymore, unless they are Warrior or Druid with enough Armor.Thats why you might save those spells for your later weopon or try to control the board.
This is an experimental idea, i did not test this deck yet.
The 6 and 7 Mana Spells are filler cards, which should never be needed, but they had to be spells in order to get a guaranteed Malygos from Barnes.
I'm sorry what's the combo that wins you the game supposed to be? Even if you went second and managed to get both counterfeit coins/ preperations in your opening hand, the max damage you could do on turn 4 would be 19 with Shadow Strike and Eviscerate. It's not even likely that would happen. Can somebody explain to me how you're supposed to win with this?
this deck suck
Stupid bad deck. Can't play Barnes on turn4, it's too slow.
Included conceals instead of counterfeit coins, actually worked out for me since you cant do anything with malygos on turn 4, but coin conceal him and deal enough dmg on turn 5 to easily finish it off on turn 6.
Took me a couple tries to figure it out, but eventually it worked like a charm.
Three tries, Three Losses...,Later, i tried with Miracle and i did it in the first try LuL
awful deck, 5 tries, shamans don't give me little chance
Great deck. Shadowstep is a must keep also. You us it on barnes after they kill your malygos for a next turn 1/1 maly
Won on my first try. Through 2 taunt minions. GG
On paper this looks epic, but it's very hard to pull off. Too many cards that are in your first draw that you need to mulligan for. You need to hope that you don't draw into Malygos when you mulligan (which I've had), or when you Shiv (which I've had), or Thistle Tea, or Sprint. 2nd, you also need to hope you mulligan for several damage cards, Shiv, Head Crack, Eviscerate sine you only have 1 copy and you are running at least 2 of the same mana cost card. So, if you don't draw into that card on that mana turn, you have to wait for Shive, Sprint, or Thistle Tea. Also in addition to mulliganing, the only way to get 0 mana cost cards are through said Shiv, Thistle Tea, and Sprint or if you mulligan. Coin is key too so going 2nd is best but also the free coin you get too is a must need, but again, it takes up a card slot. There's too many cards you need to mulligan for in the first hand.
Assuming you get the first 4 turn draws you want, you can't drop Barnes until later. Why? because he costs 4 mana. You drop him turn 5, you only have 1 mana, turn 5, is 2 mana, etc. The only way to deal most damage again is if you mulligan a preparation or extra coin at the start. In other words, you need almost the perfect first draw/hand to win. If you don't draw into preparation or the extra coin in the mulligan, then you will NEVER get them unless you Shiv, Thistle Tea, and/or Sprint. Problem with Thistle Tea and Sprint, it uses up that mana that turn. Again, there are too many cards that you need in your first hand.
NP, I really want it to work but I just can't pull it off just yet :(
won on first try. in my early play i mulligan malygos, which i replaced. Around turn 5 or so i pull out a barnes which i play, out popped malygos and i used a sinister strike. I do a shadow step and get a discounted malygos, but i wasn't going to be able to survive enough rounds to use it..... not against this warlock which had the board control.... in my last play i did a thistle tea, and guess what i draw 3 dupes of. vanish. i had no board control, so i vanish and he had no minions to hit me with, whereas i had an assasin blade powered by a deadly poison hitting his face at my own sweet time. next turn he had an empty board and only 1 hp left, i had around 6 or so.
the warlock casts that golem that does 3 dmg to everyone and i win the game.
Fun gimmick, but unless you get both preps in hand, just about every opponent will kill you before you can kill him.
But when you have both preps and the coin? It's a sight to see.
Thistle tea fucks me every time and draws maly...
might get him instead of malygos from barnes. Not the best idea.
worked good for me, I thistle tea into 3 sinister strikes FTW.
Vanish helped too because the board was flooded. His side, it was a priest and he ended up burning about 4 cards from Vanish + draw
