This deck is not mine, I'm just reporting the deck Kolento used to reach rank 1 Legend, all credits go to him!
Enjoy!
User giveahoot18 is reporting a recent change to this deck, -1 Defender of Argus +1 The Black Knight
So how am i supposed to play this deck? etc how do i use pyro
There like no draw in this deck
You have Lay on Hands and Acolyte of Pain. It's perfectly enough.
If you aren't getting very good draw in this deck, you are playing it wrong.
Hammer of Wrath and Lay on Hands provide card draw alone.
Acolyte of Pain can potentially get you three cards if used correctly.
The Wild Pyromancer can assist you in getting cards from Acolyte. (While potentially healing).
2 Azure drakes, a strong body plus a card.
I just don't see what you are referring to in the slightest bit.
Rate: This deck is amazing, and has done wonders for me.
nice deck. Useless against facehunters though
freddy, here is what i think is wrong with ur deck, (just trying to help and dont think of this as being aggressive)
as you are a control deck your job isnt to have minions and spells like shielded minibot, avenge, muster, as they are useless late game
your opponent will never have more cards then you in a control deck so throw away divine favor
stormwind wont hit many minions since you are a control deck so its ability will be useless
good luck with ur deck
your opponent wont let you build up your hero ability so dont put in quartermaster
Control paladin murders control warrior, and they're everywhere at the moment.
i can tell you from experience with this deck, that Lay on hands is a vital piece of this deck. it saves your ass from zoo.
putting a blessing of wisdom would be a huge mistake. its way too slow with the current meta.
faceless follows BoW but its decent against hand locks who run the quad giants. however zoo decks would make faceless pointless.
i personally tweaked with the deck, i removed the archer and knife jugglers for Sylvanas windrunner and a second hammer of wraith.
i would say since i played this deck in over 400 games with loads of tweaks that you should try to tweak it more towards early game due to the rise in hunters, put two Sunfury protecters with a couple early game cards with removal.
other than that you have to plan out your moves and Mulligan to fit the curve and situations.
against hunters, warlocks, shamans i'd shoot for pyro Equality
against mages, warriors, paladins, i'd try to go for a true silver into azure drake with a Hammer of wraith.
for rogues. god speed, miracle rogues are the biggest counter besides shaman. try to get the shieldmastas asap.
Can I add Sylvanas Windrunner instead Tirion Fordring ?
keep tirion, remove archer or juggler
Hey guys. Click the link below for updated version of Tauntadin! :)

I'm wondering about which legendary to craft next, and wondering if Tirion is good enough in this meta to craft him. I want to play this deck, but I won't take it to ranked without Tirion, but not sure if it would be a waste to use the dust on him. Any thoughts?
TBK is necessary, so is Tirion, or else late game will be a huge struggle. It is your job to bait out the removal before you play Tirion. If you play Rag in Tirion's slot, he'll get immediately removed afterwards anyway.
whats the 1x Elven Archer for?
Equality -> Elven Archer
Or use as a tool to pop divine shields
Missing Lay on Hands, 1 Wild Pyromancer and 1 Sunwalker. Any recommendations on replacements and crafting priority?
Ty!
Wild Pyromancer and Sunwalkers are irreplaceable.
Wild Pyro -> Equality = Instant board Clear (Excluding Divine Shields)
Sunwalker is just a very solid defensive minion.
For Lay on Hands, sub in a Guardian of Kings
Very good deck!
Hey, what can I take instead of Tirion? I got everything except him.
I've played this deck a good deal (~50 games) and I can honestly say Tirion Fordring does not make or break this list. He's a great finisher but more often than not he's dealt with instantly. I usually only play him if the game goes to fatigue or I'm losing badly.
I'd pick Ragnaros the Firelord to substitute. While he's not quite as strong since he doesn't have taunt, he still works well in the 8-mana slot.
