This is my take on a secret mage, now that we got some new exciting tools. 

The idea is to making actual tempo plays through saving mana and confusing your opponent on which secret you are using. 

Flamestrike is a comeback tool, though not that useful vs Jade, so just try to outpace them as a gameplan, don't overextend! 

Ethereal Arcanist and Kabal Crystal Runner are your beaters. Make sure to stick Ice Block asap to trigger Medivh's Valet and Arcanist.
