January update:

Tweaking the list,

Curator is good and I think it's a good replacement for the 2nd gadgetzan auctioneer. They serve the same purpose: draw cards, and thin your deck.

As a result be more careful with your auctioneer. But at least curator should draw you 3 cards (azure drake a murloc, then the card drawn by azure drake)

Xaril is a nice bonus for now.... I wish I could tech my deck against pirate warrior, but making a bad match-up slightly less painful isn't worth making every other one worse.

This was painful

Experimentation Phase was over, and I had to make a choice: Remove what was gimmicky, and only keep what was original and working.

After many experimentations I slowly took this deck towards a more classic miracle build.

But now, this wins games at legend. I went from 32XX legend to 23XX legend easily.

So let's talk about the deck with miracle as a basis:

This deck runs 5 cards that are different from a classical miracle build: Finja, 2 warleaders, 2 bluegils.

FInja replaces leeroy. They work quite differently, but they are both the center piece of their deck. Warleader replace Swashburglar. (because you have to) And bluegil replaces SA7 (except they also have a use as a charger).
One way to think about it: Imagine the difference between MalyRogue and Miracle Rogue.
THis is a 3rd way.
What makes finja more desirable than maly or Leeroy?

Well one, bluegil can do the same thing as leeroy, but you have 2.
2nd you can win games on the spot thanks to finja and conceal after pulling murlocs, if your opponent doesn't have board clear. Don't even need auctioneers in some of those cases.

So what did I end up cutting from my first version ?

Well first, the one I'm the most disappointed about:Gang Up :
Gang up is too gimmicky. it's amazing with finja ifyou can pull murlocs several turn in the row without running out of them...
But if you try playing gang up your deck isn't consistent enough. Gang up is a dead card without a murloc to use it on.... And if you gang up a murloc before pulling finja, you might delay your drawing of Finja.

2nd painful decision I had to make is the stealth package. I think it's decent with finja....
But you're trying to make 2 gimmick cohabit with each other: on one hand the stealth gimmick, and on the other hand the murloc gimmick. And one will stop you from getting the other most games.
So I had to make the cut.
In the end I'm kinda sad I had to make the deck so similar to a classic miracle Rogue, but I couldn't find a way to make this work outside of a true miracle deck :/

ON the plus side, I still think the deck is awesome :)
I keep my older comments below if you want to still try the older version. For a guide on this version: it just plays like miracle, except you can play finja on turn 5 and threatens winning the game.

Everything else I cut was tech card decision and not that important to begin with.

I'm probably just a mad scientist, but.... this is the deck I had the most fun playing with in ages, and it's doing decently enough.

Okay the miracle core shouldn't surprise anyone, tried sprint, it's objectively worse, let's leave it at that. Let's talk about the weird stuff.

Let's talk wincondition first:

Finja, the Flying Star : That card is so much fun. with 2/4 it's really hard to kill for any deck. Priest could in theory dragonpotion that, but it's usualy not good enough value.
So 99% of the times it survives. You kill something, you drawBluegil Warrior and Murloc Warleader , you rekt lives. It works really really well. If you have the other two murlocs in hand you can play that on the same turn (turn 6 or later) and your opponent cries

Now what happens if finja is at the bottom of your deck? or if that combo wasn't enough. You can miracle eventualy for him, but your other murlocs would be drawn too

That's whenGang Up comes up With gang up you can duplicate any murloc for additionnal value out of finja.  The main weakness of gang up is how you still have draw the card to get value out of it. Which may or may not happen.

Finja says: you use gang up, I draw those murlocs immediately. You can gang up more finjas or more warleaders. Instant value for 2 manas instead of hypothetical value.

ALso more intresting interactions with finja: if you run him into a minion that would kill him, and he draws one or more warleaders, those warleaders will save finja from dieing.

And if you can't kill anything you can buff finja withShadow Sensei to either give him better targets, or just to stall while it's stealthed.

Now the stealth/ stall core:

Patient Assassin: This card is so annoying for decks out there, no more flamewakers, no more ravaging ghouls, and it's terrible swipe value - and you can buff it out of range if needed withShadow Sensei . I think the meta is just in the right spot for that card.

Lotus Assassin : that cards honestly might not make the cut. almost.
It's main strengh is denying your opponent weak minion: they play it, you kill them for free, they still can't remove it. I think it's good enough, since your opponents tend to struggle at using their removals.

Shaku The collector : Let's get down to it: the effect is trash. Its main reasons for being in this deck  are:
1- It curves really well into Shadow Sensei .
2- It forces a removal because the opponent don't want you to have more cards. Also vs  pirate warrior it might give you heals or taunts, which rogue desperately needs.

If you don't want to craft him.... I understand, replace him with whatever feels would be good instead (Earthen Ring Farseer for exemple)

The main thing to remember with stealth minions is that: you don't have to attack if you don't want to. If there's no good target sometimes the cards will give better value if you keep them protected.

Mistress of Mixtures : necesarry against any agressive opponent. you can backstab it or SA7 it in case of emergency.

What I had to cut:

It's a lot of wild cards, I had to make some cuts to include everything:

Tomb Pillager : they barely not make the cut. The main problem is that on curve they come at the same time as Shadow Sensei

Fan of Knives : weirdly enough I struggled to get values out of it. pirate is too fast for it, and jade druid and dragon priest have minions that are way too big. With the lack of spell power in this build, FOK doen't make the cut.

Sap not good enough vs druid, replaced it with the ooze because F*** pirate warrior.

Deadly Poison : you don't want to use your face to kill pirate warriors, and it's not needed vs druid.
