Greetings, travellers, I'm Subrezon, a german legend player. In the first Mean Street of Gadgetzan ranked season I successfully went for Legend rank, and I'd like to share some of my experiences in the current meta. The ranks are really separated in terms of decks used there, like a layer-cake, so navigating multiple decks can really make your climb a lot easier. The Ranks 5 and 4 are densely packed with aggressive decks and more defensive decks, trying to glide through them. So I used a deck that can cope with both aggro and control decks - a Reno Warlock.

Game plan
Renolock will stall and slow down the game to either punch aggro away with either Reno Jackson or Kazakus or grind out control decks with Life Tap and Lord Jaraxxus. To get to play your unbeatable late game you will use Mistress of Mixtures, Mortal Coil, Doomsayer, Acidic Swamp Ooze, Demonwrath, Mind Control Tech, Shadow Bolt, Hellfire and Refreshment Vendor. Against aggro you just survive until Reno Jackson or Kazakus, against control you Tap to get card advantage and assemble your 20 damage combo of Leeroy Jenkins + Power Overwhelming + Faceless Manipulator, provided you land a tick of Emperor Thaurissan cost reduction on to one of the three cards. Overall, the deck can defend itself well and counterattack from many angles, and therefore can win any game.

Card choices
Why Leeroy Jenkins + Power Overwhelming + Faceless Manipulator? Because it is stellar versus Priests, Druids and other Renolocks. The single combo pieces aren't useless if you don't plan to execute your combo, all three cards are also good standalone cards.
Why Mortal Coil? Patches the Pirate is terrorizing the meta right now, and the consistent appearance of a 1-health minion on Turn 1 lets you coil it to do something on Turn 1, aside from pressing the "End turn" button.
Why Mind Control Tech + Dirty Rat? It is one of the few ways you get to win versus decks like Jade Druid or Midrange Shaman, by robbing them of one or two battlecries and one or two minions. This combo is extremely potent and sometimes will just straight up win you the game.
Why Big Game Hunter? The old fellow got nerfed, but is still very useful for Renolock. Warlock only has access to two hard removals: Siphon Soul and Blastcrystal Potion, and there are lots of targets for BGH, you could even trade in a way that sets the opponent's Frothing Berserker to 7 attack.
Why Second-Rate Bruiser? Against aggro it is 4/5 for 3 mana, against everything esle it is a threatening enough body.
Why no Faceless Shambler? Is not in my collection, and I'm still not sure if it is any good.
Post your card choice questions/suggestions in the comments, and I'll add them here
