This is the deck I used to reach rank 5 during 11.2016 season with 70% win rate.

MULLIGAN:

Against Druid keep Cat Trick. Coining it in the first round is a pretty huge counter to their Wild Growth. Keeping Kindly Grandmother forces them to Hero Power -> Spell it down. Combined with Cat Trick it makes their early turns awkward. Animal Companion, Eaglehorn Bown, Stranglethorn Tiger are good keeps.

Against Shaman keep Quick Shot to deal with early drops, Freezing Trap (for same purpose), Cloaked Huntress.

Against Mage aim for Freezing Trap, Cloaked Huntress, Quick Shot. Never keep Fiery Bat in this matchup. It dies to a ping early, but is a perfect Kill Command activator in later stages of the game. If playing against Freeze Mage, Flare is the game winning card here.

Against Warrior you can keep bigger drops, like Infested Wolf, Stranglethorn Tiger. Cat Trick wrecks warriors up.

Against Warlock mulligan hard for Explosive Trap, Kindly Grandmother. Houndmaster on your Kindly Grandmother often decides games.

Against Priest - For Priest, personally the matchup isn't very hard. For Resurrect Priest Mulligan for Freezing Trap and Eaglehorn Longbow, try to shutdown the Injured Blademaster -> Resurrect/Onyx Bishop combo. For Dragon Priest, try to watch out for the early game combo of Twilight Whelp, Wyrmrest Agent, and Twilight Guardian. Again try to Mulligan for Freezing trap, but the matchup is somewhat of a pain. Play Cat in a Hat and Stranglethorn Tiger accordingly after turn six, as all he does is entomb your large drops. Dragon Priest is usually a bad matchup and you just want to out tempo and shutdown his early threats. THANKS #SerenitydotCS for posting this.

Against another Hunter - Flare is the MVP here. Fight for board control early, start pressuring from turn 4 onwards. You have to think 1-2 turns forward. What cards do they hold? What would be the best play in this situation? ALWAYS expect the best play from them. If they don't execute it, it means they lack the card. Use it to your advantage.

Against Paladins it's a free win. They lack early pressure to fight you.

Against Rogue - he WILL out-tempo you, unless he draws shit. Aim for chaining Kill Commands, count on Cat Trick and Stranglethorn Tiger, as they can't remove it.

----------------------------------------------------

In all matches, you should count your lethal a turn or two forward. Don't be afraid to save Fiery Bat as a later Kill Command activator. The most powerful plays are:

Houndmaster on Kindly Grandmother (before deathrattle)

Houndmaster on Stranglethorn Tiger.

Stranglethorn Tiger is the MVP in most matches. It guarantees a safe Kill Command or Houndmaster next turn, often forces awkward turns, guarantees lethal.

When Cloaked Huntress appears, DON'T JUST SPAM ALL THE SECRETS.
Think about moves your opponent can make. What is the priority for their removal? What do you gain by Freeze Trapping a certain minion? Maybe Explosive Trap can give you a perfect trade opportunity next turn? Maybe it guarantees lethal? Count your damage 2 turns forward, play with your whole deck, not with your hand.

Switches:

You can add in Ragnaros the Firelord if having trobule against control decks (switch with tracking).

+ Unleash the Hounds -Savannah Highmane if having trouble against aggro
