I constructed this deck for a change from standard and it turned out to be both competitive and a lot of fun. The Aggro Pally does amazing in wild thanks to cards like Haunted Creeper and Muster for Battle having strong synergies with Knife Juggler and Steward of Darkshire, and also Shielded Minibot for being an insane 2 drop. The game plan is to consistently flood the board with buffed Silver Hand Recruits by using Steward of Darkshire into Muster for Battle or Stand Against Darkness, and then Rallying Blade and/or Quartermaster. Keep the gravy train running with Divine Favor, Bolvar Fordragon for a big unexpected threat, and Leeroy Jenkins for that burst finisher.
I am quite happy with the list as it currently is. I considered some tech decisions/substitutions: -1 Keeper of Uldaman +1 Eater of Secrets but I found the Keepers more versatile in most match ups. Also -1 Bolvar Fordragon for +1 Sea Giant as it is less greedy and maybe more mana efficient, but Bolvar often gains +10 or more attack and definitely earns it's place in this deck so still undecided here. Other cards that could find a place are Argent Squire, Argent Protector, Moroes, Justicar Trueheart, and maybe Tirion Fordring.
Defender of Argus is a good idea, and any of those would be an acceptable trade. You will often find that you don't have room on board for stand against darkness anyway, but I hesitate to remove any card with combo potential. I'm less concerned with consistently winning when playing this deck than I am with pulling the dream board full of 4/4 shielded silver hands.
Adding a pirate package will certainly make the deck more aggressive and some additional 1 drops makes a lot of sense, but then you move to a full on aggro list and away from the zoo/flood that I'm going for. Might as well go with abusive Sargent and wolf riders if you want to go in that direction. The deck supposed to be more fun than competitive. Your opponent usually has a chance to answer your threats before you start dealing damage and this is one of the main weaknesses here.
Oh man, Bolvar would have been awesome if it wasn't for the BGH and silence meta we had at the time. I've long since dusted him, but I loved using him.
So fun just to see if it works. I was able to land Bolvar to the face for 32 damage once.
