Best start is Innervate into Barnes, who summons mini-Y'shaarj, who summons Y'shaarj. 

Another alternative, but only when you are with the coin, is to have 1 Y'Shaarj and the rest Innervate - this means Y'Shaarj on turn 1, which is basically insta-concede for your opponent. 

When Barnes summons Barnes and then your hand is full of Y'Shaarj, it sucks... 

But it's a very fun deck and It has a great win ratio. Played about 20 games, only lost 4. Mostly due to bad draw. 

Unless you are very unlucky, you easily beat Dishwasher Warlock, Mech Hunter, and even Ice Block mage, because they can't keep with your continuously swarming 3/4s and 10/10s

Mill Druid is an issue though, cause you draw and play your cards like crazy and if they keep getting these Naturalizes, then you're dead. When you are vs. Mill Druid, go all face and try to kill him as quickly as possible obviously.
