This is the deck I used to beat Heroic  Chromaggus. There can be better cards  to beat this boss but I don`t have plenty of them so I used cards that seems to me are good in this matchup.

General strategy:

Control board using your spells, buff your one minion(prefferably Lightwell) with Power Word: Shields, Divine Spirits  and Inner Fire (Chromaggus doesn`t have hard removals).

Keep on controlling board , foremost get rid of his Brood Affliction: Bronze ,Brood Affliction: Blue, Brood Affliction: Black, dont mind about Brood Affliction: Green , Brood Affliction: Red - you have much of heal and burst damage to kill Chromaggus.

Keep on controlling board and finish boss with [card]Alexstrasza[/card] and your buffed minion.
