I’m fairly lazy and will net-deck for Heroic bosses but most of the ‘popular’ ones on this site are past their use by date in an era where Treants no longer charge and the beast is no longer in my sights – before I’m dead already! There wasn’t much in the way of useful Thaddius decks, so I was forced to make my own. 

Like most Heroic Bosses your early game is all about clinging to life.  Mulligan anything that isn’t Equality or Wild Pyromancer.  Beating Thaddius is predicated on a turn four board clear - since you'll almost certainly be dead after his next turn.  So just re-start the match until you do draw into the combo.  Everything else in the deck is either healing or damage mitigation, and largely interchangeable. 

Thaddius is a one trick pony.  If you can destroy his initial wave and survive a Lightning Bolt to the face you’ll probably be OK. Blessing of Wisdom does double duty – either helping you draw into the Pyro/EQ combo or drawing more healing as you turn the tide against him.

The big star, although by no means essential is Ivory Knight, discovering a Lay on Hands is probably game.
