This is the deck I used to beat Heroic Prince Malchezaar. It requires you to get a good draw, but it does work. The absolutely essential part of the deck is Counterspell. You need to have Counterspell out when you kill Nazra so that it counters the Twisting Nether. That way, you can keep your board full of Murlocs out and keep beating him down. 

This also means that you need to stall if you could kill Nazra, but you don't have a Counterspell. That's what Mirror Image, Cone of Cold, and Frost Nova are for. These are also useful for holding off the 6/6 Abyssals after you kill Nazra. Make sure you are playing Coldlight Oracle and Arcane Intellect to draw that Counterspell. These also help you get out better Murloc combos.
